Update: Monetary Reform

Remember once again the MOU (memo of understanding) between Iraq and the IMF. It was agreed to in October 2015 and published to the public viewing on 12th January 2016. I talked about this MOU in my recent news letters. I even gave you a link to the UN site so you could read it for yourselves.

Hello Everyone,
In today's letter I have brought you some amazing news and articles to back it all up. We are heading in a very good direction as Iraq is about to get out of this period of stalling they have been in now for months. Remember I said these periods of stalling are usually followed with a period of progress and moving forward. This seems to be the way they operate as they must first plan, then build support for the plan and act upon the plan. This is how a true technocrat democracy works and Abadi's efforts sure fits this definition.
This news letter today is very long and some sarcastically accuse me of writing a book each time. Well I guess that maybe this is what we all need to understand truly what is going on in Iraq. If you want to formulate a reasonable date as to when this RV will or can take place then you have to get in the minds of the leaders and see what and why they are doing what they are doing. It is that simple.

Why is it that when man is excited, nerves,anxious or depressed they seem to hear and see things that are not really there. They speculate much on these ghosts and they swear by what they hear and see to be true when in fact that is not actually accurate.
It isn't accurate because the people who have in there hands the safety, the change of the entire world and its people, the control of what is spoken and what cannot be, the same people who control what the media can cover or not,those who govern and those that pay to govern are not speaking.
Didn't I say many a time that "this shall come like a thief in the silence of the night." Well that my friends is exactly how it will be. My friends even though we are so very close, there is a time stamp to its outcome and only that person or persons know when and where it will transpire and not before.

BAGHDAD - Iraq Press - March 7 / March: uncovered close to the head of a coalition of state law, Nuri al-Maliki on Monday sources, the latter decided to retire from formal political positions permanently.
Tlar: Maliki is already on the outside. He has held no position in the government since he was relieved of being the vice president. His formal announcement of retiring from political positions is a farce akin to your boss saying "resign or be fired".

Uenvoy: So we are coming to the time that most Currencies change in value. April has always been when currencies , expecially the IQD ,, it is around the 15th of April You can check the IMF stats by country to see when Iraq has recorded their currency changes..... So even if it doesn't go this week, month you should know that the deadline is coming soon.
Uenvoy: Whats interestng is the financial meeting taking place as of 3/6 for 2 days, about bonds, commercial contracts and Money transfers between the CBI's. I think the final decision has been decided and they are making it all happen.....
Uenvoy: So those of us that have been in this for years, all know that this is a big process, it has more arms, legs, and limbs that we never knew about. And the world funds for peace are now being released. So it is only a matter of time before it is our turn to participate. I am very excited.

Millionday: The Kurdistan Regional Government has sent a letter to the Federal Directorate of border crossings Abgletha the approval of the application of the customs tariff of the Federal Act on goods that enter the country through its subsidiaries border crossings, but it set conditions for that application.
Millionday: According to sources, the conditions for the application of the provincial customs tariff in the outlets related to the size of customs duties levied on goods, where the province demanded the reduction of such fees in exchange for entry into the application of tariffs on border crossings operated by the provincial government.
Millionday: The federal government has applied the law of customs tariff on all ports of entry and 30% on goods entering the country, including Kurdistan outlets, the latter declined the application and kept on the old tariff amounting to charge 5%, prompting traders to go Ngo region and the introduction of their goods through it and stay away from central and southern ports.

Tishwash: Iran, UK sign MoU on export financing
Tehran, March 6, IRNA - Iranian and British export finance funds signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to facilitate exports and trade exchanges between the two countries.
According to the MoU, the two countries will cooperate on insurance coverage and financing of the two countries' traders.
Iran has received extensive economic and financial sanctions relief as a result of meeting its obligations under the nuclear deal agreed on 14 July 2015, meaning the country is now able to trade more freely.
On January 16, Implementation Day was triggered following the verification by the International Atomic Energy Agency of Iran meeting its requirements as part of a comprehensive agreement on Iran's nuclear program.
This has resulted in the termination of EU nuclear related financial and economic sanctions, and the suspension of US nuclear related secondary financial and economic sanctions.
