Just what is Mnt Goat saying here in this news letter?
What I am alluding to, is this. If you are not bright enough to understand and see it, the fact is the USA is still irresponsibly holding back the final currency rollout for Iraq, even though as I explained, they have no legal basis or grounds on which to do so.
Do I still hear of backdoor exchanges?
Yes - they are absolutely still taking place. Why?
How many times must I tell you that these backdoor exchanges will continue and they are NOT "TESTS" of the exchange procedures. How ridiculous! Do you actually buy into these explanations as some intel gurus now want you to believe and mask them under this category of "tests".

Hello Everyone,
I am going to cover a lot of information today. This news letter is very long. I suggest you print it and settle down in a nice cozy chair with a hot cup of tea or coffee to carefully read it.
Some of you think perhaps this is bashing but I like to call it instead HONESTY. Seems there is just not enough of this going around these days. Remember it all begins with you and me. One person at a time. If you want people to be honest then you yourself must be honest. So let's talk honestly today.
First I have to say this. No - I am not a man. I am an American by birth. I now live in the tourism part of Bavaria, Germany. I am married and have 2 children (2 lovely girls). I met Meinen Hubby during Desert Storm and he was a Deutschland Army soldier and I was a United States Army soldier. We both were in the Intelligence area and shared an office. I fell in love with him on our first date. Once I visited his home village in Bavaria and saw the peaceful and scenic mountains I decided to move to Germany and live and raise a family. I now have a dual citizenship and so yes I do care what the USA does very much. I have lived here now for many years. I could not think of a better place to raise my children than Deutschland. Meinen hubby inherited the family business of Gasthaus for tourism. We make a meager living since taxes are high but the beauty and peace makes it all worth it. Everything is not always about money!

AJM0603 March 31, 2015 My close friend just told me his cousin in Spain was called by his banker in Deutshe Bank in Frankfort to ask him if he could be there any time from tomorrow onwards to exchange his Dinars. His cousin told him he could not travel this week but would be there next Tuesday! Hoping this means RI/GCR goes thru tonight globally.

Millionday: Parliamentary finance committee, said that the Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq, told her that the exchange rate of the Iraqi dinar against the dollar will return to normal in the coming weeks.
The record of the Iraqi dinar exchange rate against the dollar decline over the past few days and arrived in 1270 dinars a per dollar, while the Central Bank of Iraq depends to a fixed exchange rate to the dollar in 1166.

US Backs China-Led AIIB Ahead Of Joining Deadline
BEIJING: The US today hinted at joining the China-sponsored Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) before the deadline tomorrow saying it is looking forward to cooperating with the new bank which most US allies have joined disregarding its objections.
US can cooperate with the bank as it welcomes and supports proposals that are helpful to infrastructure construction, US Treasury Secretary Jacob Lew said.
Lew is here for talks with Chinese officials. The cooperation can be carried out through the China-US Strategic and Economic Dialogue (SED), the World Bank and the AIIB, and any other mechanisms accepted by the two countries, Lew said in his talks with Chinese Premier Li Keqiang earlier on, Chinese Vice Minister of Finance Zhu Guangyao quoted him as saying.
Lew's "surprise" visit here ahead of the last date for joining the bank has sparked speculation that the US is negotiating with China to join the bank which it opposed earlier stating that it lacked transparency.

Financial Market: Interest Rate, Exchange Rates Up, Stock Index Down
VietNamNet Bridge - Increasing demand for loans in Vietnamese dong has caused the lending interest rate to rise, while the stock market has been hurt by US dollar appreciation.
The dong interbank interest rate on loans has been high since early March. The overnight interest rate late last week rose to 4 percent per annum, while the one-month interest rate went up to 4.53 percent.

Do you see this as also balancing out geopolitics I.e SDRS is going to become the new reserve currency and say a revamped UN with a team approach that determines what happens to areas of conflict (e.g the issue with Jews/Palestinians with Bibi getting in the way and also going back on his word -
I.e one state instead of two state solution ) - instead of what we have USD as reserve and major influential power in UN at the moment causing a hemorrhage to the global system?
JC Collins MARCH 30, 2015 AT 11:37 AM Jose, yes, I see changes in all the areas you've defined, and more. There is a geopolitical scramble happening now just for that reason.
Some of the changes will happen quickly and prior to the end of the year, and some of the changes will take place slowly over the coming years.

Iraq and Kuwait have met and talked about commonality in oil and gas interests especially in association with their common border fields.....you don't drill under our border and we won't drill under yours.....instead let's just share the wealth....
Let's sign a couple of MOU's....memorandums of understanding regarding our blending of border fields and a second MOU regarding imports of gas from Iraq to Kuwait....
These two actions are surely a positive show of unity between the two countries.
