The Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, confirmed on Saturday that the cabinet reshuffle will be completed within the deadline set by the House of Representatives.
Aggiedad77: I'm thinking since it is Parliament we are talking about here.....this to mean by Tuesday when they claimed there would be a vote....we shall see what happens.....before that though is our Monday night CC.....at the moment I'm much more interested in that and what is shared at that point in time. Parliamentary Finance: international aid "real" and included in the state budget
Economy Since 04.10.2016 at 12:29 (Baghdad time) Special - balances News Parliamentary Finance Committee confirmed, said on Sunday that all financial aid provided by Western countries arrive in Iraq effectively and within the state budget.
The committee member said Sarhan Ahmed Sarhan's / balances News /, that "Iraq is a big need this financial assistance as a result of the budget deficit and the war against terrorism, where the money within his balance state when you get to Iraq," noting that "this is a real help and not just announcement to the media. "
Sarhan said, that "in light of the rampant corruption in state institutions, it should be on the government and other stakeholders in this matter of inquiry about the aspects that are out of this money is spent to ensure that no leakage into the pockets of the corrupt."

Decision of the House of Representatives: the ministries candidates who withdrew did not make up for alternative name
Direction Press Special / He said the House of Representatives decision of Imad Youkhana, Sunday, non-arrival of a second list of Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi and was just the first list submitted to the House ten days ago.
Youkhana said in an interview for "direction Press" that the names of the candidates who did not withdraw their names from the nomination handed their resumes to members of the House of Representatives and the competent committees.[/rtl]

JHockey: Frank its seems like you said if we see the Cabinet announced in the next few days, then to follow with
1. Allack resignation
2. Shabibi announcement as head of the CBI
3. LD's to right after Shabibi's announcement.
So with this trifecta happening after Abadi's Cabinet announcement even nanoseconds possibly & IYO this week or in the middle of the month then accounting for Shabibi speaking followed by the 10 days -
3 weeks to finalizing things looks like we are gonna have a great RV per say in the end of April or in early to mid May. Does that about sum it up from what I have read? Then they will be ready & can get that Loan in June.....Thx

A country has to send the IMF a letter of intent prior for approval...Which then goes to the BIS for the seal of approval...The BIS then informs the IMF. IMF stated that Iraq WILL join the global economy during the 1st half of 2016. Actual wording was...The global market...Sounds good to me.

So the big questions we all want to know is - Can they vote of the new cabinet in time to avoid another mass demonstration, this time using more force to enter the green zone? Or will they delay the process longer and we will have to wait longer for them to get the GOI fully formed?
I quote from the article below - "the chairman of the parliament confirmed that it would call for an emergency session Saturday or Sunday if completed the political blocs and the elves charged with studying the biographies of the candidates for the purpose of voting on the cabin ministerial '.
So it seems they still fully intend to meet the Monday 4/11 (the 10 day period) deadline to ratify the new ministers.

Lots and lots of recent news to conclude this week. I have tried to bring it to you as it was delivered to the news channels and in the logical order and summary. It could get very confusing since the process moved so quickly this week. As we know they only had 10 days to conclude this technocratic govt - tic toc only days away.
Today news is full of compromises as the National Alliance was not happy the way Abadi was conducting the cabinet reshuffle. As usual the National Alliance is not happy and as usual they stand by and try to muddy the waters at the very last moments.
I also want to emphasis something that maybe most overlooked in the political process of forming the new government of Iraq in 2014 and compared to what is not going on.

Hunter: I have heard that there is appreciation in high places for the general level of respect about the request for silence on sensitive intel for the time being and it is helping.....

Said committee member MP Ali Sobhi al-Maliki told / KD /: "The Iraqi government totally unable to rescue the economy from its current crisis," adding that "the continued decline in oil prices in the absence of proper planning to activate other economic sectors will lead to a major economic collapse and possibly go into the economic abyss.
