The many facets of the Work have been overlapping now for quite a few weeks. The right hand and the left hand and the undoing hands have all been in the middle of the final preparations.
Each time a "plant" has been uncovered, it has slowed down the final negotiations and the final preparations. Each time that person or persons have been booted out and a key search placed to replace them.
This is not to be redundant nor to be a heavy scene; merely the results of a long investigation and tedious meticulous planning that has been under way for the final release of funds. Very different today over what it would have been in 2001 when it was intended to happen.
The message for today is the same as we have been advising; the work is in process, the financial wheels are turning albeit too slowly for some, and the due process of following plans to the last degree of care that could be conceived is underway.
The wheels are turning. Again the wheels are turning. You won't have to put a lot of time and patience in to this much longer....P....

Remove zeros from the Iraqi currency, the parliamentary finance committee revealed the formation of a committee to issue coins of the two categories of fifty percent dinars, pointing out that "the initiation of the issuance of such currencies does not affect the Iraqi currency balance against the dollar.

Last week DELTA'S TEAM finds out a reporter interviewed The CBI Governor and told the Citizens on National TV the MR is lifting the 000's in two weeks..... An Expectation of it !
Today this economist learns the same thing that THE MR PROCESS ............ Is almost over with.
