Dinar Recaps Announcement: OkieOilMan and DebTarHeelGirl just contacted Dinar Recaps about a totally false and fabricated Graduation Announcement allegedly from Okie himself tonight. It was totally fake. It was posted and reposted on several sites tonight but it was not written or posted by Okie!
Okie has received over 40 excited phone calls pertaining to this posting in the last hour and wants to make it clear that he will ONLY post the Final Graduation Announcement at OkieOilMan & Friends Website and nowhere else.
Okie is very upset that anyone would do this at this time, and would like to personally have words with whoever started this rumor.
Okie also wanted everyone to know that he is just as excited to make the real announcement to all of Dinarland as we all are to see it....
So, once again...there has been no post from OkieOilMan anywhere tonight.

04/02/13 Email from Bluwolf: Be advice no one knows the rate, Shabibi is about to reveal the formula or release the key. This was his safe haven. People are only seeing place holders for now. To finalize my thoughts just be on high alert for things are looking good.
Another thought the budget is in the gazette so please. No more us monies effective the 15th to be used in Iraq, only dinars on all transactions thereforth.

4-2-13 Mountainman: Well now that the budget is signed off we're hoping they will use this to eleviate all prior debts as promised. They are also on the brink, or at least making it appear to be that they're on the brink of being released from Chapter VII and have international support to exit finally. I think that could still take months though but I also believe that the CBI will have to "normalize" the IQD rate back to what it was post-invasion beforehand.
Also this will help their negotiations with the WTO and be in compliance with the IMF. So, something should finally be about to happen and all we can do is hope it's a drastic appreciation like we've been lead to believe with all the 1 to 1 articles over the years.
Everything sure does look more positive than it did last year no matter how you look at it. Just my opinion of course.

BondLady] Good Morning everyone. I had received a couple of days ago a ton of information on the smart cards. This research was provided to me from our girl Elizabeth (Miskebam). I always want to give the credit where credit is due. We have seen for 2 1/2 years or better about the smart cards and now they are loaded with salaries etc.. but what exactly does the smart card actually provide, what services do they cover? Your going to be amazed as I was at all that this little card holds. Iposted an article today and several others for the last month on smart cards banking etc.. here's one article from today: [BondLady] Central Bank launches retail project payment through Mobile BAGHDAD - babysit - Central Bank of Iraq, for the launch of the retail payment through Mobile, calling 30 international companies to submit bids for the project implementation. The bank said in a statement issued, "it was launching a project to develop payment retail through the establishment of divided national platform and reciprocity to pay Palmobail," noting that "the project comes in the framework of developing the banking industry in Iraq and add new tools and advanced in the field of electronic payments." The bank called "more than 30 international companies specialized in this area to participate in the bidding for the implementation of this national project," noting that "the bank will use the best international companies to implement the project in accordance with international standards in the areas of retail payment." Tuesday 12:40pm (ET) Update
As many of our reader's know, we have a 2 or 3 times a day email newsletter we email all our Blog Page stories.
We have two separate email companies we use. The first we build the emails with and email to about 80% of our subscribers. The second list we email a link to retrieve each newsletter.
The second list was down for 3 days, and was fully restored this morning.
Our main list company (which we build our email newsletter) had a system wide outage or slow down today, Tuesday morning. So it took us twice as long to build the email, and then there was a hour delay to have the email start to run.
We do believe it now running.
Please always check our Blog page for any site issues or check our ARCHIVE page for any email you have not gotten.
We still get many many emails every day asking where their email is, when it has gone to their email spam or junk folder. Sometimes this happens by mistake because of the content of our emails. ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS check your spam or junk email folder for our emails.
We apologize for any problems we have had with our emails the last few days.

HI GOOD EVENING . THERE WAS A GOOD ARTICLE TODAY WHICH I POSTED BELOW. Foreign Relations Committee welcomes the upcoming visit of Kuwaiti Prime Minister; The release of CH VII means open trade and stronger economy Article LinkI will like to address some points that are discussed on this article. 1. It clearly said that border issue was resolved by agreements 2. I quoted" we are now in the process to close all its files and then return the country to Chapter VI, which means the return of Iraq natural to surroundings International. As i have explained several times this was the preferred recommendation of Ban ki Moon when he issued his report on December 2012. His preferred choice was to move Iraq from ch 7 to ch 6. Also the Secretary of the State Mr . Kerry made the same statement about ch 6 and I quoted" There's still a few outstanding issues on the borders. Those are - border demarcation. Those are almost complete, so we're close to being able to close out the Chapter 7 issues between Iraq and Kuwait and move to Chapter 6.As stated above the removal from ch 7 to 6 will let Iraq to return to its previous International Status.
