Frank26: We are there....Maliki's armies....what little of those buffoons that are left are not allowed in the Green Zone because the doors were shut and they became scared.
The Green Zone....what did I call it....Sanctuary....for everyone and everything....the vetting is going on at the GOI....the vetting process....they shut down the Parliament to get these things done.
Family when the US took Saddam out of Kuwait a lot of the royal family was still alive....so when we went to Kuwait.....finally after Saddam had mustard gassed everyone....I mean the opportunity was ripe....
I feel we should have gone in there earlier....when we finally went into Kuwait.....hey Kuwait citizens you want us to get rid of Saddam....where have you been....we've been asking for over 10 years...want to see our graves....sorry but we are here now....fine come on in.....so we were let in and then BOOM....we got Saddam Hussein....
Now here is the interesting thing about this....when we arrived in Kuwait....and we conquered things.....within the first quarter....within two months we reinstated their currency....then the IMF revalued their currency....

CC Notes for Wednesday April 20, 2016
Frank26: Last night on our conference call I am sure you noticed that I did not want to leave you, that I wanted to talk more to you. We were looking for something, but you know us well enough to know we won't talk about something until we have time to "cook" it....we don't want to give you salmonella....so we instead waited.....five minutes after our CC ended last night the phone calls came in.....so I decided to go on our forum and try to share a little bit of what we had.....

Lexi: I haven't been able to listen to the recording yet. Did the question get answered of can the proxy government exist with a new rate or are we going to have to wait for the whole campaign and elections to take place before we could ever see that happen? Thanks for anyone who can reply
Jay: Hi Lexi.As per Frank. We do not have to wait for proxies OR elections for them to complete the MR. We are good Sista..lol
Don961: Morning Lexi .... It was explained that when Kuwait's Dinar was reinstated , their government was nowhere near ready or complete .... But their currency was reinstated within the 1st quarter after the Gulf War ... Not all government officials were in place ...
Link to Kuwait Article
Of course they had relative security ...and the rampant corruption wasn't there like in Iraq ... But it RI'd before the complete government was in place ...
Obviously each situation is unique ...
I think Randy stated he is working on notes so you'll be able to read for yourself

For a year I've been looking at the end of April because it's the preferred time of the IMF (or those behind the IMF) to RV countries currencies, whose Central Banks are independent of their governments. That's why I look at April, and not what the GOI is or isn't doing.
