MONDAY, APRIL 21, 2014 IQD update
Nova and Memphis joined Frank for the conference call
* Frank introduced Nova, and for the first time, Frank is opening up a call to financial discussion with Nova as he is a licensed financial consultant
* Frank said that the CBI is revealing more and more each day, they cannot keep the MR hidden
* Nova came on the call at this point and began with explaining what the BIS and IMF have been doing and that they can no longer hide what they are doing; while in Nova's opinion, none of the things that we are seeing speak to the rate being released "tomorrow," but in his opinion, it certainly speaks to something happening; yesterday they took another big step in Nova's opinion

He talked OPENLY in front of his tellers about simply coming in after the RV is announced. The tellers on that meeting were obviously well briefed. He also said to bring in my friends who have currency after I asked about that. carden > Army guy April 22, 2014 at 7:19pm My WF branch, here in Texas, and my CHASE branch, here in TX were both good people, happy to have this same discussion that Exo had. The WF branch was getting a DE LA RU machine, and the Chase people didn't know if they were or not. As I said earlier, they all told me that they also hold this currency and are waiting for it to happen sooner rather than later. It's only a matter of finding the right branch/people. Also helps if you are known in your community... ....

6. Non Interest Bearing Accounts

We always thought that the CBI does not want our 000 notes and that they would be held at the central banks of the exchange country as a reserve currency or used, over time, to purchase oil.
Post by Memphis � April 21st, 2014, I have never seen anything to support the purchase of oil with dinar and it should be noted that over 50% of Iraq's oil exports today go to....China. Further, China holds a 1/3 interest in all major contracts for all the new oil/natural gas production in the US thru fracking.
America is now set to become a net exporter of energy (2014 if desired) so the discussion of IQD for oil seems to me unlikely and based largely on "dinar legend". Just an opinion.

Attached is an insert from Casper that indicates nothing is happening. And apparently he's right because there is no treasure or new Treasury bill announcement anywhere in the world. There is no closure of the IRS and everything seems "normal". AND THE GHOSTLY ONE KNOWS ALL OF COURSE. Quote of the Casper Report" WE contacted and spoke with four Exchangers of Dinar. Three said their Dinar comes from the CBI of course, but 'there is a middle person'. The fourth said he is getting his Dinar from Treasury. If the Dinar being sold to the public worldwide and especially in the U.S. is provided by Treasury and/or Bush, then the R.V. is a government sponsored Ponzi Scheme with Lew playing middle man. Our very first update on this R.V. subject 18 or more months ago quoted our sources as saying exactly that. If true 'they' must have raised hundreds of billions if not trillions of dollars by now for the purpose of retaining their fraudulent financial playpen and maintaining themselves in power. ....

Central Bank allows opening accounts for money transfer companies in the bank 21/04/2014 10:20:00 BAGHDAD / NINA / Central Bank of Iraq declared that it granted approval to the companies of money transfer to open accounts directly in the Bank. A statement for the Central Bank of Iraq cited that:
"The Board of Directors, in its meeting yesterday, decided to let money transfer companies to open accounts in the Bank directly deal with both / Iraqi dinar and dollar / to carry out the purchase of foreign currency."

[millionday] i would say the goal may be to move it 2% -- that is huge -- not take it to 2% -- i believe it is right at 6% if it has not risen

[millionday] that is a huge undertaking but they are using tools so if they are adjusting it the tools of exchange and currency sales by auction -- the release of international rates adjustment would work on that as well -- these are all tools they use to adjust

DC: From Mon. CC: You definitely should be in a very, very happy mood. We are in a great place today. Our understanding is we dont need that much time tp exchange ...most will be done in 7-10 days. This needs to get done while the politicians who make the deal are still in place. It's important it gets done before the elections.
We know the banks are well rehearsed and prepared. The UST is prepared. All have their acts together.
We can't get into anything on rates...expect 3 dollars and anything more than that is gravy...the rates are fabulous...thats all I can say...Everyone will not get the highest rate.
It will be a nightmare if it doesnt happen extremely soon. We are really close. Everything is very good... sit back and smile

Every time I am saddened when the RV does not appear, I think about all of the people who do not have the opportunity to share a ride with us on this seemingly forever roller coaster.
