Angel:  The most important thing he (DizzyBear) said was that he is PROJECTING based on the information he has that the GCR should occur within 7 business days could go out fifteen days. He is saying it would be simpler to exchange in your name rather than in a trust.

Nancy said tax implications could be higher exchanging in a trust. Also you should wait at least a year before making big purchases.

Remember he is saying projecting, not stating as a fact and that he knows what banks would do. Only a projection,

Dina:  Dizzy thought with everything where it's at that it should happen with in 7 business days

Angel:  Dizzy was asked the question as to when people could expect RV/GCR ...Dizxy said he is PROJECTING within 7 business days up to fifteen days. He said there was a 95% likelihood.

Sorry 95% chance by May 1st and a 5% chance by the 15th based on the information he has.

I am confused why is the IMF and US T bragging about making loans to Iraq .......... don't they have to be article 8 compliant first?

Yes they do ......... In my opinion it almost seems as if they don't care if you know that Iraq has to raise the value of their current before they make them any loan........... maybe they just gave up and are going about the monetary reform right in front of our eyes ........

Remember they hide nothing they just don't explain it the way we do .

Direction Press / follow-up  MP for the Kurdistan Alliance, Ahmed Sarhan, said that "real reform comes through corrupt accounting, and incarcerations; to be an example for the Iraqi people."
 
Ahmed said that "comprehensive reform is not to change the minister and general managers, and others, but it comes through beatings at the hands of the corrupt and bring them to crack, incarcerations, and return all the money smuggled out of the country."

Hoodie:  The RV is very simple -- Lower denoms go out in Iraq, Shibbibi gives IMF a rate-- IMF gives the rate to the World bank and boom international. anything else is hearsay

Yada:  Simple as that Hoodie,,,, believe the banks already have the lower denoms,, just waiting until after the RV to release

Pearle:  I believe everything is done except to go ahead...I believe they can activate in 24 hours if they desire...there are things they want done that's why they have not activated it

Press Release No. 16/183  April 22, 2016  An IMF mission team led by Mr. John Nelmes visited Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City April 6-22 to conduct the 2016 Article IV consultation discussions with Vietnam.1
 
At the conclusion of the visit, Mr. Nelmes made the following statement:
 
"Vietnam has achieved commendable macroeconomic outcomes. Last year growth was strong, inflation fell to low levels, foreign direct investment was robust, and important new trade agreements were successfully negotiated.

Underlying inflation should remain low, although headline inflation is expected to rise modestly due to a pick-up in food prices and planned increases in administered prices foreducation and health services.

Nadito:   Frank, Thinking about what you said in your video, the three banks (Hasheem/Rasheed,  Rafidain, CBI) sent their employees home at 10:00 am two days ago.. well.. two days ago is Thursday.  

Shab always said he needs three day weekend.. could this be the time? so all employees go home, no rumor or leaked news to the press regarding the rate changes.. it will take all of them by surprise too.
 
The IT guys come in and program the new rate in main frame and test all the computers so no glitches when goes international on Sunday/Monday... brilliant!!!  I'm exercising my brain now LOL
