General Dynamics Land Systems has been awarded a $51.4-million (60-billion-Iraqi-dinar) contract for logistical support and training for M1A1 tanks for the government of Iraq.

My Comments - this is just not about the laws stated in this article but is about ALL the laws in the agreed to laws from the reconciliation process. You must have peace within the citizens of your own country.
This is key to fighting a common enemy. This is why the USA is so powerful - because they can allocate funds and soldiers are willing to train hard and fight hard.
This too is why Iraq can not muster a trained army to fight ISIS. They simply do not believe in the cause since they have been lied to so many times and see the corruption everywhere.
Here is a list of the laws I presented months ago to you. They have not changed and the priority has not changed. I will try to list them by priority:

This week's information from Iraq was awesome. So much news I could talk for hours...lol.. Those of you that personally know me, this is an understatement....lol...
Too much info to place it all in this news letter today but I will try to summarize and begin to form the picture of the puzzle we have been trying to figure out now for the last 6 months about this RV saga.
Yes - we are moving closer and closer to a June timeframe with much optimism. As each week passes, then yet another week, it is eroding any confidence in those telling us it is going to happen every day / any day and that all is set to RV. Are you discouraged? They say this RV will never be delayed until June. Really?

As part of a birthday surprise my beautiful bride is whisking me away today for a short overnight trip. So there will be no news summaries tomorrow Family....you get to enjoy the news boys all to your self.
Central Bank: The rise of the dollar because of customs duties and income tax
The governor of the CBI claims that at least some of the reason for the rise in the USD against the IQD has been due to the collection of customs duties (5%) and the collection of income tax (3%) on traders who are buying the dollar....so the street prices go up to ensure the traders reap their expected profit.

Millionday: She said al-Jubouri in a statement to Radio tow that there is a difference in views between the political blocs on those particular laws Parties Law and the Law on the National Guard,
which the government program focused during this period, noting that there are many sessions will be held between the heads of the blocks and the competent committees to work on fueling those laws.
