What the heck is an informal RV announcement?
Why did not all the 190+ currencies get RV's and global reset pushed?
These are two very important questions and I will try to address them.
They made an informal RV announcement of these two currencies only cause they needed a firm date to coincide with other contracts so they could have a real rate to use.
From this date forward penalties are being paid out on these contracts since the formal announcement has not yet been made. This also allowed for much corruption. Whether this was planned all along or just decided afterwards I do not know.
But the RV'd rate was essentially now from the public yet those of influence in the government were allowed early exchanges by political politicians and their influential friends and family members.

There is much excellent news as we progress towards the finish line. I also thought I would use this news letter to assist in clarifying some confusion in other matters too. For two years I never gave up the hopes that one day you Family would be allowed to see that Dr. Shabibi ......while replaced at the CBI.... was still the primary team leader of the MR.
The month of March proved that he was still the starting quarterback of his team. Last month we showed you two implications within Iraq's banking structure that originated with Shabibi years ago.
Our CC last night told you about some huge machines at the CBI.....and you are reading the articles today from the CBI. But.......the article did not tell you the purpose of these machines that CBI placed a tender for last year.

A few FC's ago, you stated that you expected a significant signing in Hong Kong, which would trigger the GCR/RV. Understandably, the details/circumstances of this event were not up for discussion. Why I mention this here, is that it would imply that the "rumour-intel" from years ago, that the event would go from the "east to the west" might be correct. ~~~
