SteveI I called a few people I know...Here is what I have been told.
They are close to controlling Mosul, that is why the US sent 200 Marines to help rap thing up.
VP Biden also went over there to help the PM straighten out his cabinet mess. No one was getting along so he cleaned house and now bringing in new people.
This should be done in a short amount of time.
So between Mosul and the cabinet, once those two tasks have been completed, you should see some major changes quickly.
And the other good thing, I just got off the phone with Ray, and one of his contacts at the bank is still ready and waiting for the currency to change.
Nothing negative has changed so to me that was huge news.

BobiT: I talked with my WM yesterday from WF.... He does not give me secrets or RV intel as doing so would be a breach of conduct and would cost him his job... Not Good! What he does share is this Currency's are working to move in the right direction.
This week's markets are indicators... metals up, dow down and our dollar dropping are good indicators thing working in our direction

China has raised the exchange rate for its currency, the yuan by 0.56% against the US dollar, from the previous day.
The central bank - People's Bank of China (PBOC) - fixed the yuan rate at 6.4589 to the US dollar on Friday.
That is the biggest increase in nearly 11 years.
China only allows the yuan to rise or fall 2% on either side of the PBOC's daily fix, to avoid volatility and maintain control over the Chinese currency.

ZJB: BEP that is welcome news, my opinion is just that and if you read it again, it does not state the IRS and Fed have to be dissolved for the RV to occur, IMO they do have to surrender or as DB says to RV into fiat dollars will result in hyperinflation
