As I wait for the final notice, it seems that a lot of misguided or a strange information or disinformation has been placed.
The truth being that all is still going to occur according to the plan and no changes have been made on any account.
Though I cannot speak for a certain group about being dismantled my thoughts being that there silence is golden and honestly with 158,000 in that specific group I don't think so.
So we still wait on the US to give us our final signal to go exchange, my advice to all is to stick to your plans, for you to hold on to your monies, for you to make your appointments and for you to sign or not sign your nda but let it be you, your choice.
There are many scammers coming out of the woodworks so please be careful not to fall for them. There are no new deals on the table, only the ones that we know about and nothing has changed going forward.
We are very close but like I said above, the whole world is just waiting on guess who, the US to do their share on giving its GO. Be blessed Bluwolf

TNT:beofservice: in talking with a friend who participated in the Kuwait opportunity, it just happened. No announcement, no heads up. I anticipate the same will happen with this as well.. . SisterA: My husband and I just returned from two and a half weeks in the Middle East and Europe. We took a 1,000 IQD note with us to see if we could exchange it during our time in Dubai, Israel, Jordan and Barsalona, Spain. All the airport currency exchange offices said they could not exchange Iraqi Dinar. All the other Middle Eastern countries were listed on their exchange boards except Iraq. So I have concluded that the stories we have heard about the rates being live in the Middle East are not true. I don't think we can exchange our Dinar anywhere until the rate goes international. That at least is my personal experience for what it is worth. We just have to continue waiting patiently! Rayfaulk: I appreciate you thoughts and the sharing of your experience... I hope this changes soon... like this weekend! ....

Central Bank contracted with a company to manufacture the global population alloys to sell to citizens
[tlm724] "the central bank said that" the total amount of gold that will be minted up to about 11 tons, and in light of the public's demand it will be manufacture additional quantities, which means that the manufacturing process undergoes a demand for them.
[tlm724] give the people some purchasing power and the demand will rise for sure !

Across the province of Najaf, the distribution of voter ID cards has reached about 85%.....so they continue to work on getting these cards into the hands of all eligible voters.
Website: Iraq is seeking to borrow two billion dollars from a U.S. bank to finance the purchase of 40 Boeing aircraft
The Iraqi Ministry of Transport is attempting to obtain a $2 billion dollar loan from the Export-Import Bank in the US for the purchase of 40 Boeing aircraft that have been committed to Iraq for delivery. It will be interesting to see how they manage to pay for these aircraft....hope the loan goes thru.

There is one thing that Jester mentioned here that I agree with totally 100%. Everyone looks at these delays, hesitations, balks, whatever, is actually a plan.
Several months back I had to retire my optimism and exchange it for some other practical explanation. I mean after going through trip after trip after trip to the precipice of victory I had to take several steps back and finally say this hasn't happened because the ultimate plan has not reached that point yet.
I am in the same boat many are in at this point in my life; been unemployed for 11 months, have three kids in college at the same time, and am taking care of my parents who have been in my home since 1998.

Its Friday - and yes a weekend again and no RV - just you hold on - the right timing for this is approaching... Remember we do not want our babies being born before they are fully developed and at the right time amen? Therefore, let this once in a life time historical GLOBAL event continue to develop. Nikolay Mladenov, on Thursday, the House of Representatives to pass the annual budget that disrupt long approval within the next two weeks, indicating that the delay in approving the law would negatively affect a lot of business and investments in the country.
Mladenov said in a press statement that "the opportunity to discuss the budget shut down during the next two weeks," stressing that "any prolongation in the endorsement carries the risk of transforming the bill to the substance of the electoral competition, and this could complicate the talks."

Shelby: What else needs to be done? Over the last few calls Tony has come out and said nothing else needs to be done. This gets me excited every time he says it. However, if there really was nothing else that needs to be done then the RV would be public wouldn't it? Does it make sense that CL is ready to push the button but has just decided against it for her own personal reason? This doesn't make sense to me. What does make sense to me is that there are things that still need to be done or agreed on even though Tony has told us repeatedly that nothing else needs to be done. I mean no disrespect to Tony. To me, the evidence suggests that there remains things to be done or agreed upon even though Tony has said everything was done. What am I missing? ....
