HA NOI (VNS) - The PetroVietnam Exploration and Production Corporation (PVEP) has signed a production-sharing contract (PSC) for blocks MD2 and MD4, off the coast of Myanmar, with its Myanmar partner.
Signatories in Naypyidaw, Myanmar, early this week were representatives from the PVEP, the Myanmar Oil and Gas Enterprise and the Italian Eni Group.

SO THEIR NEW BUDGET WHICH HAD MORE ADDED TO IT TO PAY THE LOAN ON THE 2014 BORROWED TO FINISH IT REQUIRES THEM TO RV HIGHER TO FULLY FUND THIS YEAR.

HA NOI (VNS) - Viet Nam is forecast to rank third out of 32 nations hosting new wealth builders (NWBs) for the 2014-20 period, according to a survey by The Economist magazine.
NWBs are households with financial assets of between US$100,000 and $2 million, according to the survey released late March by the magazine's Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU).

Both VN Bourses Pick Up After Blue Chip Recovery

HA NOI (VNS) - Stocks advanced steadily yesterday afternoon, fuelled by a strong blue chip recovery.
On the HCM Stock Exchange, the VN-Index rose nearly 8 points to close the session at 546.85 points. The VN30, which tracks the top 30 shares by market value and liquidity, added 1.17 per cent to end at 576.13 points.

HUME'S MULTILATERAL ADJUSTMENT MECHANISM

As the Special Drawing Right (SDR) rises to its position as primary reserve asset used in global trade, other countries outside of the current 4 which make up the composition, will seek to have their own domestic currencies added to the supra-sovereign asset basket.
China's yuan is the obvious inclusion on this 2015 go around, but India, and other emerging economies, will likely be internationalizing their own currencies over the next 5 years to ensure they are included in the 2020 adjustments which will be made to the SDR basket composition.

Hdbank To Co-Operate With Credit Saison Co
HCM CITY (VNS) - The HCM City Housing Development Joint Stock Bank (HDBank) and Japanese Credit Saison Company Ltd on Wednesday formed a capital and business alliance, in which the two will contribute to develop the retail finance industry in the country.
Under the co-operation, Credit Saison will buy 49 per cent of HDFinance, which is a member of HDBank, and change the company's name to HD Saison Finance.
With this alliance, the two companies will use the resources, know-how and strong business territory of each group to become the leader in the domestic retail finance industry.
HDBank said the alliance would help them diversify consumption-loan products in the country such as credit cards, prepaid cards and other loan products.

Millionday: The European Union confirmed on Saturday evening, strong support for the Iraqi government headed by Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi , reiterated its firm support for the unity of Iraq
and its territorial integrity, as called for countries in the region to support the Iraqi government's efforts to restore peace and stability in the country.
According to the recommendations of the Foreign Affairs Council of the European Union shared it with Alsumaria News, that "under which the European Council has adopted a strategy on Iraq and Daash the next two years and the start of multi-Union and its institutions applied as binding."

Poppy3 ...MY CONTACT TOLD ME VERY CLEARLY THE LEADERSHIP HAD A MEETING IN PRIVATE AND I MEAN ABADI, JABORI, BARZANI, CBI ETC ETC MET FROM 8AM TILL AFTER 10PM IN ONE SETTING AND TOTALLY AGREED ON WHAT IS REQUIRED OF ALL OF THEM TO COMPLETE FINANCIAL REFORM.
HE SAID THEY NOT ONLY SHOOK ON IT THEY DID THE UNTHINKABLE AND HUGGED ON IT STATING THEY WILL NOT BE DETOURED FROM THE COMPLETION BY ANYTHING.
