April 5, 2016 Economy/Baghdad Preparing the General company for Iraqi Airways for the opening of the air route between (Basra-Baghdad-Moscow) during the coming period.
And the company announced the news on the economy Agency for completion of logistics agreements between parties to the opening line after closure for three decades.
That comes under the Ministry's plan to open all the lines were operational and facilitate the transport of goods and passengers, especially after the significant activity of the traffic taking place in Iraqi airspace.

May I suggest to you KTFA Family......that last night....Dr. Shabibi turned in his resume to the international world....may I suggest to you Family that your notes have said to you that Dr. Shabibi has been the governor of the CBI all along....he was dismissed by Maliki in 2012 but he remained the governor of the CBI all along...and he worked on the Monetary Reform of his currency....of his country that he loves and cares for all this time....
So may I suggest to you that Dr. Shabibi handed in his resume....you can read it....post 131 that WalkingStick shared with you....these are my qualifications for being the governor of the Central Bank of Iraq because maybe Allak is now ready to hand in his resignation and say good bye....just as we told you....look in your notes....we said 1, 2, 3 and then 4...that he would be there.....that he will take the helm....
May I suggest to you Family that you put this in your notes and study it, pay close attention to it and look for it

Economic Adviser to the Prime Minister is a financial reserve "good" in light of the economic crisis

Articles from 2 years ago stated that Maliki and the leadership of the SOL were smuggling money into Jordan setting up accounts.in the millions and millions of USD some cash, some by wires.. The article did not list the total dollar amount but indicated it was a very large sum of money.
The Central Bank of Jordan had compiled a complete list of amounts, names and account numbers which they offered to give to Iraq but as long as Maliki was in charge of the integrity commission, judiciary and the internal police, there was nobody to give the list to.
