Expectation Chairman of the JSC Abdul Razzaq al-Saadi, that the stock market will rise in the next month, influenced by news of Iraq for a loan from the World Bank, as well as to reassure citizens that employees in government institutions and the salaries of continuous improvement in the financial situation of the country.
Saadi added that "the entry of the 13 private company traded on the Iraq Stock Exchange, trading rates will live."

MOF Concerned As Bond Sales Remain Stagnant
VietNamNet Bridge - The Ministry of Finance (MOF) fulfilled only one-fourth of the yearly government bond issuance plan by the end of April, raising concerns that the state budget would not have money to spend this year.

An MOF report showed that it had raised VND64.515 trillion worth of funds by the end of April, fulfilling 25 percent of this year's plan on mobilizing VND250 trillion through government bond issue.

Understanding Contract Rates... Why, How, When and your safety.
The Question was asked: Do you know where I could find more information about what a contract rate is and how to negotiate with contract rates? Thanks!
I will give you the run down on that in the short version. The US, China and Iraq have worked together to form kind of an alliance which deals with oil futures.
This means that instead of Iraq having to foot the bill for all the money that will be exchanged, they will get the US and China to payout the money for the revalued currency as China seems to have most of the money in the world and the US just creates money out of thin air anyway.

How do you spell "money" Family if you are in Iraq.....L.I.Q.U.I.D.I.T.Y.......my brother Pappa-J hit on it in a post already this morning....reaffirming something I mentioned in my summaries yesterday....maybe this bond thing has already taken affect,
We see evidence of things being paid that just a few days ago would have probably been swept under the rug....not oil companies being paid...but they are....not debt being paid...but it is....BUT payments being made to citizens.....the very heart of Iraq its citizens....who have for so long been neglected....
You will see an article that WS posted yesterday and reposted today about them being paid....25,000 IQD....I know not much....but when you consider all the millions of people in Iraq and see each one being given a 25k note....that has to be coming from somewhere and I can assure it is not Maliki's pocket.

VN Calls For Foreign Investment In Oil And Gas
Vietnamese Ambassador to the US Pham Quang Vinh has introduced the growth and potential of Vietnam's oil and gas sector as well as opportunities for foreign investors during the Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) 2015 in the US's Houston city.

Special/of ... The State of law Coalition, denied Monday reports that Prime Minister Haidar Al-Abbadi, submitted his resignation and submit copies of religious reference in Najaf, saying that rumors of the fabric of fantasy some plotters to overthrow the Government.
He said the State of law coalition member Kamil al-zaidi for "into Iraq News", that "there is no truth to reports the resignation of Al-Abadi and are promoted to the lie to undermine confidence between Iraq and the Government Street", laftaali as "mere rumors of imagination some conspirators to topple the Government and disrupt its work."
