    [millionday] Mustafa al-Hashemi at the time delayed the approval of the budget year 2014 for reasons known and speculation to transfer files to the next Parliament, there has been speculation or proposals or attempts to merge the budgets of 2014-2015. this proposal so to speak need to analytical visions correct by economists to show the advantages and disadvantages of merging with a statement its potential or not.

There are those who are more toxic than they are precious. If you want to live the best life possible, you should surround yourself with the best people possible.

More importantly, you will want to avoid all the toxic ones who will make you worse off for knowing them. Mentally strong people understand the importance and influence that human beings have on one another and use this knowledge to their advantage.

It is critical of Mountain Goat's "intel" from yesterday and directed ONLY towards her sources and the conclusions that they lead to. I obviously know nothing about the lady and have been careful here to be civil.

EVERY attempt has been made to self-limit and edit for content here in order to give this a format that can be passed along.

The dinar community has lost it's compass in many respects and this attempt by me to bring some needed balance is likely as NON confrontational as you could ever expect.

I will attempt to tell you the history of the Kuwaiti dinar revaluation in a nutshell. Saddam Hussein (we all know him) invaded Kuwait and tried to get rid of Kuwait's dinar by sending it back to Iraq.

At the same time, he was replacing it with the Iraqi Dinar. When this happened, the street value of the Kuwaiti dinar dropped drastically in value to reportedly .05 cents per dinar. The U.S.A. is pissed, so they go in and kick some serious butt and kill thousands of Iraqi troops who try to flee.

Things cool off and the National bank of Kuwait re-opens after months of disruption and chaos.

I think we need to remember they are going to do everything within their power to confuse us. They are masters at creating confusion and they are doing a good job at it.

Somethings we are simply not meant to know. All we can do is look at the big picture. The closer we come to a change in the value of the IQD. I assume the more confusing things will become.

I know it's easily said but hard to do. We here many say "watch what they do, not what they say." The last leg of this run to a change in value will test our patience.

I made it my mission, ramp it up! the longer they wait, the wealthier I'll become to make change.,I made it a priority, take a second job, 3rd job, ramp up my purchasing power every day, every week, every month.. The longer they wait, the more average people get involved, the richer our citizens become someday. So keep stalling, I'll have the last laugh one day! .

Sgwmax: A gain, I say... get past the emotion and think this through. You are here because you were convinced when you purchased your currency that it's legit, and that has not changed. It's a Sovereign Nation, with assets to back the value of what's coming. You bought it legally, and in time it will be exchanged legally, we always knew it was a question of WHEN, not IF... all the ups/downs etc. by this guru or that... it's just talk. don't get discouraged... it's just noise. IT will happen...

AFTER THE WAR; No Electricity but Kuwait Reopens Its Banks

It still has no water and little electricity or food, but Kuwait revived its banking system today, introducing a new currency.

Banks reopened for the first time since Iraqi occupation forces shut them down in December. Thousands of people lined up to exchange their old Kuwaiti dinars for crisp new ones and to withdraw a limited amount of money.

Without electricity, the banks services were slow, limited to money exchange and withdrawal. There was no telex, no electronic money transfer and no telephones. The computers were unusable, so all transactions had to be entered by hand.
