BECAUSE IN BOTH CASES THESE COUNTRIES KNOW WHAT IS COMING AND THE "BING,BAMM,BOOM" THAT IS ABOUT TO HAPPEN IS GOING TO RAISE ALL SHIPS FLOATING IN THOSE TWO REGIONS!!
THEREFORE, EVERYONE WANTS IN WHILE THE GETTING IS GOOD!

Rafidain Bank launches MasterCard service for the disbursement of pensions abroad
G-Lin at May 16, 2015 at 7:33 AM IMO they would need an internationally recognized conversion rate. 1166 would be a digital nightmare. CBI has been closed for 4 days.
They should come back on line tomorrow. I'm not pumping here, just interesting timing. Thanks jax. hi-five it seems like pensions were about 400 a month. I've read it a hundred times but now I've drawn a blank. What's new? :lol:
mike at May 16, 2015 at 8:24 AM -- Thanks G-lin and Jaxjags, I remember reading where pensions were between $300-$400 a month, depending on length of service.
I'd like to hear what OWHN has to say about this, I can see Rafidain having the ability to pay the salaries in dollars because they get paid those for the oil, but I'm not sure how they would convert dinars to GBP or the Euro without some kind of change in the status of the dinar.

Millionday: Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, a new draft law under consideration and approval by the State Council, includes Tndij pension law and social security for workers to commensurate with the current economic situation and international standards.
Millionday: NOTE -- PART OF THE INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS ARE SOCIAL SECURITY AND PENSION LAWS -- SO LABOR BENEFITS
Millionday: According to a statement of the ministry, on Sunday, the agency received all of Iraq [where], a copy of the "legal department in the ministry, prepared a study for the project includes Tndij pension law and social security for workers,
to expand the coverage categories provisions of the law and working within international standards", adding that " The ministry is keen to consider the observations of the ministries in this regard.

[How long can they hold back the RV?]
Just as long as they desire, however it would seem amazing if it was to go beyond the summertime timeframe.
So will this current situation soon spillover into the 2016 and thus the democrats make it an election campaign issue in the USA? It is not very likely.
Will they then use the elections (once again) as their new legitimized excuse for a hold up?
Or maybe the RV is really being held up because of legitimate reasons like SECURITY and the much needed IMPLEMENTATION OF NEW RECONCILIATION LAWS. Maybe these are the areas of concern we should be watching instead of getting all hyped up over something that may never occur.
LAWS are needed to fully implement their constitution and Reconciliation Reforms, a full requirement by the USA prior to any RV. This has been said over and over again by USA president Obama if you closely listen to his speeches on Iraq and its movement forward. It is now part of their plan.

The news to share with you today is so good that I can hardly wait. It is all verifiable and backed by reputable sources such as articles, news media and sources inside Iraq.
Today's News
Today is Sunday May 17th and still no RV and just 14 days till June - all I have to say is TIC TOC, TIC TOC to all that say this will never reach June.
Some say it will never reach a June timeframe. Really? They are now slowing changing their tune as we get closer to June. NO SECURITY, NO NEEDED LAWS = NO RV !
I can hardly believe it that even after I have written about 10 news letters already on why I think Iraq is not yet ready to RV. Some just still put on their RV filters and are only reading what they want to read from my news letters.
So now let me once more clarify my stance on some information.

LANDA GLOBAL UPDATE May 16, 2015
We have been advised that the historic bond redemption period is active next week, and the final pricings on all historic assets will be a closed session subject between the Redeemer and the Holder.
All current pricings as previously advised to us are still an approximate value, and may be used as an arbitrary value point only.
If permitted, Landa will publish a new pricing list in the near future that is accurate, and that may be relied on.
All Project submissions to date are being processed and being prepared for formal start. Replies to submissions will be sent shortly as we finish our base infrastructure requirements.
The LanTrack system is being refined further, and the anticipated start schedule is still in this month.
Further information will be posted as it becomes available.

Sunday Afternoon Note From Dinar Recaps
If you notice some Intel Providers have not been posted on our blog lately....It isn't that we do not appreciate their intel and opinions....We really do......and we really miss their insights and analysis.
It's just that we do not post bashing and derisive comments about other Intel Providers and their opinions on our blog.
We sincerely hope they will continue providing news and encouragement for all Dinarland, and discontinue negative critiques about others intel and opinions.
This wait has been long and hard enough for us all, without us promoting bashing, drama and rampant negativity toward each other on our blog.

Rafidain Bank called the pay of retirees in the external service
Direction Press: Rafidain Bank launched MasterCard service, for the disbursement of the salaries of retirees who are outside the country.
The general director of the bank on behalf of Kamal al-Hassani, said that "pensioners who are outside Iraq, they can become been paid through this service."
He noted that "the retired has the right to go to any ATM to receive the same amount and currency of the country, who is in it."

The Yasiri's (IMN) that "the central bank is serious about printing new cash categories that will be one of the two categories of 50 and 100 000 dinars, which is in the process of selecting designs and corporate printer."

iNTEL from my friend, who makes it his job to search far and wide for information:
"Summary: Some good news after three very quiet days. I just got info that the IMF was taken over by Chinese last week.
I interpret that to mean that the US has been bypassed, so no longer has veto power for the IMF.
The Chinese may refer to Chinese government, or the Dragon Family.
This same source fully expects to be notifed for group exchange within the next few days.
This timing seems to line up with some of the other contacts coming in today.
