Asean to replace China as manufacturing superpower (Vietnam)

Countries of Southeast Asia will soon replace China as the world's manufacturing superpower and become one of the planet's most important trading blocs.
A new report into the next 10 years of the Association of South East Asian Nations (Asean) found that the region's youthful population, comparatively low labour costs, scope for productivity improvement and strategic location should propel it to being the world's fifth largest economic area by 2025.

THE PERCEIVED GCR "DELAYS" ARE WORTH THE WAIT
An interesting observation - substantiated by the fact that the GCR has NOT happened yet - is that with all "Master Plans", there are multiple ways to reach a desired goal.
I have a preponderance of reasons to believe that two major factions on the planet have indeed been engaged in a financial battle with no less than the fate of humanity's debt-slavery status hanging in the balance.
I am convinced that the GCR has been attempted many times over the past two years - by the Bad Guy Faction. If they had been successful, it would have placed the final nail on the world's total slavery coffin - the redressed, consolidated New World Order under a hegemonic financial regime controlled by our elite slave masters.

British, Ukrainian and Korean companies seeking to invest in Diwaniya
Diwaniya province may be getting some investors to enter their realm in the near future, it seems that British, Ukrainian, and Korean companies could be doing more than just looking for opportunities....
They each may provide investment money for mostly humanitarian efforts associated with local needs in this area of Iraq....water, medicine, food, waste recycling could all be improved and these companies from their respective countries can bring in the expertise and funds to bring about change.

IT'S VERY CLEAR THAT IRAQ NEED AN INTERNATIONAL RATE BEFORE THEY GET THE CREDIT RATING, ALSO THE WHOLE PROCESS COULD TAKE 4-6 WEEKS.
OF COURSE THIS OPENS UP A WHOLE MYRIAD OF QUESTIONS.............
THE FIRST IS, "WHEN" DID/WILL THIS START???????

Vietnam, US inch closer in diplomatic waltz
Tuong Lai, a sociologist also known as Nguyen Phuoc Tuong who advised two Vietnamese prime ministers between 1991 and 2006, has been urging Vietnam to move away from a one-state reliance on China.
When China launched a blitz last year designed to seize territory in disputed waters, Tuong Lai and 60 Vietnamese Communist Party members signed an open letter urging the country's leadership to, among other things, "escape" from their dependence on China.
At his apartment in Phu My Hung -- a posh urban area in Saigon - Tuong Lai insisted that Vietnam has no choice but to ramp up its alliance with the US to deter China.
"Never has the US needed Vietnam like it does now; we both need each other," he said.

Millionday: Obelisk said a spokeswoman for the US Department of State Marie Harf, on Friday, the head of Iraq's Kurdistan region, Massoud Barzani will arrive in Washington on May 3 to meet current US President Barack Obama and a number of officials in the United States.
Harff said in a press statement followed up "obelisk", that "the visit Massoud Barzani, who will arrive Sunday, including talks with President Obama and with Vice President Joe Biden and Foreign Minister Anthony Blakn Assistant".

Aggiedad77: Good Afternoon Family.....I'm going to take a break in some personal things and weigh in here on a couple of things....as I see them....gotta remember this tho...and it is important....I'm a left-handed Texas Aggie....there's the handicap ...Frank don't be afraid to jump in and cut off my legs if you feel you need to.
The confusion I see this afternoon is around this "credit rating".....
IMHO....this has nothing to do with "loans"....those are happening with the IMF and the World Bank Group....both of which fully understand Iraq's standing at this time as they have been providing loans to Iraq for various reasons for a number of years.....
But back to this "credit rating" issue.....Iraq is seeking to tender some international bonds in USD denominations to the tune of $5 billion dollars.....they want this "credit rating" for these bonds.....
The higher the "credit rating" they can establish specifically for these bonds, the more solid the bonds appear to investors....I'm thinking anything at an "A" rating or higher is what their target is going to be
....
