Nadito: WOW... WOW.. Frank Thank you so much for the videos (see videos below) You are a very smart man with your videos. May I take a stab to summarize the videos :
Video 1 : the graves of our veterans who have sacrificed their lives in different wars and Hawaii has a nice way in displaying the history of our veterans which also points us to Memorial Day weekend.
Video 2 : How Frank's father survived the Korean war no one knew. He served in air force for 22 years. He served in Korean and Vietnam wars. Iraq is doing so many things behind the curtain and we will never know all details because they are not explaining things to us but doing their reforms and one of them is monetary reform.
Video 3 : When you put Monday and Wednesday CC together plus the articles posted by WS. Iraq has done amazing things with the push from IMF.
They have entered Article 8 on April 28th. IMF didn't do any big announcement giving money to Greece but so many articles coming out of Iraq as this baby that they have incubated for the last 10 years is about to make its debut to the world.
Iraq has gotten the certification to enter Article 8 and telling the whole world they are ready to do business with their banks and the banks in the world.

DR. CLARKE: We indicated a few weeks ago that "All Hell was about to break loose in Iraq", and it did exactly that.
Then, we indicated a couple weeks ago that things were about to "Explode in Iraq", and it is, as we speak.
NEXT, look for a New Major Official Announcement to the World, to come out of Iraq very soon.
In order for this New Official Announcement to be made to the worldwide community, they have to have a bonafide, very clear, and official "REASON".
That "Reason", will be because they have officially stopped and ended, the Currency Auction in Iraq.

Hi Folks After talking to a fellow board member privately, today it was brought to my attention that many of you may be having doubts of this whole RV story. During our conversation I related a story of a personal family member's experience with currency exchanging.
Now bare with me as I relate what sealed my own decision to look at this whole thing in a positive manner.
My sister, perhaps the most generally the most charitable person I have ever met in my life time. She is and has been a devote Catholic all of her life.
The church she attends regularly recently built on to the church an addition to the church school. It was a pretty big expansion but the church felt the need for it and counted on funds to be provided when the time came to pay for the expansion.

KTFA Family we all need to understand that the GOI cannot increase the rate.....please write that down....please understand that the GOI cannot increase the rate....but....but...but the FINANCIAL AUTHORITY within the GOI will monitor the fact that the CBI and the GOI are about to allow this to happen.....why.....
Because it seems like it did happen....or it has happened and just hasn't been told.....because they gave them the loan and one of the qualifications was to lift the value of their currency....and all of this was to be done by the end of when.....March....so when March the 28th came around they told them you got 30 days.

Ive been watching for a while, they always have an update for mid month usually a couple of days before the 15th
Tranquility: Prior to Dec 2015, the UN exchange rates updated only those rates that changed. As of Dec 2015 the beginning of the month they have updated all dates (except el Salvador) on the rates even if the rate didn;t change, The mid month update only changed the date when there is a rate change
