Recent articles now are showing us the difficulty too in the reconciliation process. Iraq has been wanting the conclusion to the economic reform and high hopes in the reconciliation process was that it would have occurred already by now.
But first these politicians must learn to come together and realize that are ONE NATION and behave like ONE NATION if they are ever going to succeed to their fullest potential in the global arena.
Let's not also take off the table of a possible 2 or 3 state solution to the Iraqi crisis. Again VP Joe Biden has talking about this solution many times. As far as we as dinarian investors are concerned this would actually speed up the global rollout of a new currency, especially in the Kurdistan region. So this is the good news today, if their could be any.

Hello Everyone,
In this news letter today I give you yet more evidence of the reluctance (thus the hold up) by the USA to allow the Iraqi currency to go back online (globally international once again).
We are all looking for reasons. It seems many want to tell us it was held up again but can't ever tell us why. They seem to tell us "why not" intel but never give a firm reason why it is stalled.
Maybe the answer lies in these "why nots"? So lets look at them. I also want to dispel some rumors about the IQD already going internationa this past weekendl. It has NOT!

Quite often when the mainstream media report on Iraq's security, they drastically fail to differentiate between the geography impacted by the so-called Islamic State (also known as ISIS or Daesh) and the other safe regions of the country.
False media alarms extend to further exaggeration in describing the various armed groups operating in southern Iraq, making it often impossible for business to be conducted whilst misleading public opinion, thereby deterring investors not to engage in business and sometimes even pushing foreign governments to wrongly advise their citizens not to visit Iraq.

Wednesday News Summaries and Commentaries
I must apologize, any time I see the name "Ashton Carter" I think of "Ashton Kutcher" from "Two and a Half Men".....and my mind automatically starts to question the reality of things.....sorry just had to throw that out there.
The news today is good and is mindful of a country under a great deal of wartime stress as is obvious from many of the news articles today....the Iraqi's I think are using great care to focus on their positive work at the moment, using all their tools to prove the US wrong in their assessment from over the weekend....more power to them I say.
The other great thing that is evident....money flows.....in good ways for them at the moment....indications of good things to come. I am not sure why but when Frank talks about a week or so of silence.....all I can think of is "cooking".....cooking that goes into a humongous cookout effort for things like crawfish, crabs, corn on the cob, potatoes and other delicious things that would make many so happy.....a cookout of magnificent proportions on a beach somewhere.....know what I mean.....
I'm sure Frank and teams grow weary of simply cooking news and intel all the time....let's add something of sustenance for a change.

Vietnamese company to launch "the most powerful smartphone in the world."
Vietnamese launched a company called "Bkav", what it described as "the most powerful smartphone in the world" during a special ceremony held in the Vietnamese capital, Hanoi.
He assured the Executive Director of the company, Nguyen Tu Quang, in front of more than 2000 people attended the ceremony, that "new phone" My iPhone "is considered the best in the world, due to its technical specifications of."
Local media have suggested that the ceremony be the largest technical event in the history of Vietnam, for the fame obtained by the machine in the last few months, after it was revealed for the first time in the "CES" Conference at the beginning of this year.

Article: "Central Bank of Iraq To Issue Large Value banknotes"
This is really the biggest news of the day. In context it says "large value banknotes"...it is plain what thought they are trying to transmit to the average Iraqi...they are implying there will be higher or more value to their currency.
I don't think we will have long to find out.

He Halbusi's (IMN) that "the local government of the province, and in cooperation with the government, emptied all the banks in the city of Ramadi financial contents before entering the terrorist Daash gangs to it", pointing out that he "has been opened alternative banks in Khalidiya and Habbaniyah."
