5-26-16 Listen up : Ok remember me fighting to stop these people from them shorting the time to exchange on the Sovereign rates, well according to info rerouted to me it just might be that way.
So as a precaution please see to it that once you get a hold of your 800# that you call and travel immediately for your exchange, for time is of the essence.
Now I find that if these procedures were to go this way that this act is one of prejudice and not just for the millions of Americans who are to exchange.

Saudi Arabia may need to change its currency's peg to the U.S. dollar if economic conditions shift, researchers at the Saudi central bank suggested in a paper that could shape debate among policymakers as the kingdom grapples with low oil prices.
The riyal's peg at 3.75 to the dollar has been a cornerstone of Saudi policy since 1986. But the collapse of oil prices since 2014, which created a $100 billion state budget deficit, has fuelled speculation in financial markets over whether it can be sustained for many more years.
In the paper, Ryadh Alkhareif and John Qualls analysed the advantages and disadvantages of 10 possible currency arrangements.

[BondLady] granted they do need a lot more but the world is steppin up to help them financially and with the obvious...security. Russia donated them a huge radar today for the whole of their country.
