TOP SHELF : Frank been a bit busy with some personal stuff. A little cherry found its way to me mins ago. It has to do with a topic that others (Delta) has referred too.
As you know SS and Loans and Bonds are my area of my profession. Well I can confirm the loans is very important at this time and all of this year since last Sept.
It is very much a part of the Paris Club and other strategic partners of the coalition.
It has come to my attention some bonds and the value as the family knows I have a vested interest in, the raw goods in the ground(value). I am ready to fund my projects.
It is 1.2 B usd and we have confirmed it is and has been requested to be moved here to the USA and we do have to pass thru Three Letter Agencies.
Notice I said agencies. See most of DW (Dinar World) thinks UST only and that's not the case.
Clearances have been given and things are released thru the family. So many claim to know the family.

VIETNAM: Bank, Finance Firm Mergers To Pick Up Speed
The Asia Commercial Bank (ACB) will be the latest bank to join the wave of mergers among commercial banks and finance companies that is expected to become a major trend this year.
ACB had announced yesterday that it would submit for approval, a project to set up a finance company with a charter capital of VND500 billion (US$23.25 million), during its shareholders meeting on April 22.
Industry experts said that the wave of mergers of commercial banks and finance companies is expected to continously surge this year to meet legal regulations and boost consumer lending.

THE PERCEIVED GCR "DELAYS" ARE WORTH THE WAIT
An interesting observation - substantiated by the fact that the GCR has NOT happened yet - is that with all "Master Plans", there are multiple ways to reach a desired goal.
I have a preponderance of reasons to believe that two major factions on the planet have indeed been engaged in a financial battle with no less than the fate of humanity's debt-slavery status hanging in the balance.
I am convinced that the GCR has been attempted many times over the past two years - by the Bad Guy Faction. If they had been successful, it would have placed the final nail on the world's total slavery coffin - the redressed, consolidated New World Order under a hegemonic financial regime controlled by our elite slave masters.

Diwaniya province may be getting some investors to enter their realm in the near future, it seems that British, Ukrainian, and Korean companies could be doing more than just looking for opportunities....
They each may provide investment money for mostly humanitarian efforts associated with local needs in this area of Iraq....water, medicine, food, waste recycling could all be improved and these companies from their respective countries can bring in the expertise and funds to bring about change.
