Delta came on and posts ... "Governor of the CBI announced the completion of the final touches to issue a new 50 note will reduce and they said that will reduce the volume of cash in circulation." Which was on Iraqi TV.
Forum member Dinari131 said ... Look what I found ... ARTICLE: "Hosts the governor of the CBI" ... just like Delta told us.
Fascinating articles coming out ... that Iraq's GDP is expected to explode in the next 12 months! Of course it will.

Millionday: Governor of the Central Bank announced on the Keywords, on Monday, the deletion of zeros existing project, as pointed out it was given the green light for its implementation,
he stressed that this process will be preceded by regulatory and administrative operations. Keywords and said in a press conference held at the bank building and attended by Alsumaria News,
that "the project to delete the zeros is based has been put into practice and gave the green light to start with," noting that "The project needs a period of time may extend to two years or more.

Hello Everyone,
I have told you repeatedly that each week the CBI and the GOI meet. In these meetings they teleconference in the UST and IMF. They talk about what would be the best time for the RV, if it was to go. Then sometimes the CBI tries to pull the trigger based on these dates. The USA Treasury Dept once again stops it with direction from the USA government. Why? I will tell you in this news letter. Hope you are listening.
This past weekend there were two possible timeframes for an RV and both where stopped in this manner. Yes - I know about these timeframes and "windows of opportunity" too. Why do they keep doing this?
Iraq is trying to get around meeting the full requirements set forth by the USA government for their country and feels they should be independent and have a right to RV anytime THEY feel capable. The situation is fluid and YES the requirements also keep changing. Not so fair for Iraq but that is the situation nonetheless they must live with.

Iko Ward: Just to be clear, Dong polled on Forex this morning at 4:41AM. THATS THE TIME IT POLLED. It has stayed at the same 21,595 value since Wednesday. It usually swings 350-550 points during the trading day. So no movement is highly unusual and therefor significant, especially combined with all,the other Intel we are getting.
Paperbag: I just returned from my meeting with the local bank vice president. There is a lot of frustration at the bank. Apparently this actually was supposed to go over the weekend but was stopped again without explaination.
It is very important to not call the banks about dinars at this time. After I got the standard bank policy about the dinar being a scam, the vp asked me when I thought that this would finally go?
I told her that it will have to go very soon or there will be riots in Iraq. She wants me to keep her informed and if she hears anything she will give me a call, so we are just waiting for the big boys to make up their minds and git r done so we can all be rich.

Parliament met today and one of the things on their agenda was a first reading of a draft law on arms/weapons.....first reading on a draft law protecting mass graves....second reading on a draft law concerning drugs...and a vote on abolishment of the Revolution Command Council.

Millionday: President Masoud Barzani will arrive in Washington on Sunday for a week-long trip during which he is scheduled to meet the US president, vice president and other senior officials, the US State Department said Thursday.
"President [Barack] Obama will also join Vice President [Joe] Biden in welcoming President Barzani to the White House," said State Department's acting spokesperson Marie Harf.

Iko Ward: The Dong polled at 4:41 this morning. It stayed flat, no increase or decrease in value. It has now been flat since last Wednesday. We like this.
Appaloosa: an RI means they are reinstating the value to what it was.....RV means that they are placing a new value on the currency. It's my understanding that if it only RI ed - it would be international as well.

VIETNAM: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchanges Likely To Be Merged This Year
The Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE), which has operated for 15 years as one of the two main bourses of Vietnam along with the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX), may become a branch of a reunified trading floor when is established by the end of this year under a Ministry of Finance plan.
According to a proposal on the merger of the two bourses to form a single Vietnam Stock Exchange (VSE) submitted to the central government earlier this week, the headquarters of the VSE will be placed in Hanoi and the stock exchange will have a branch in the southern economic hub.
The merger will be realized by the end of 2015, according to the proposal.
