The question I have is if the gcr is real then why is it held up by iraq only? We seem to all have the same intel from you guys that say the rv will happen and the rest will happen at that time as well. How is it that the IQD is the only thing the gcr is waiting on to reset? Help me understand why we believe the iraq rv is the only thing we await. Also Thanks for your response.

IMO ...... The GCR is real but not to the point where the net has exaggerated it.

IMO ....... The IQD will spear head the first GCR basket whenever it comes out. But the IQD surly does NOT hold up the MR (Monetary Reform) of any currency.

The IMF has talked in length about this basket.

The other world currencies can do as they please when they please.

This "adventure" reminds me of when I decided at a young age that I wanted to travel and see the world.

I didn't know how I was going to do it - just that I was going to do it - one airport at a time. One military service contract (US Navy and Seabees) at a time. One civilian contract at a time.

And as I learned, one disappointment at a time, one-after-another, with seemingly endless reruns. Sound familiar?

But my fervent vision never lessened, and in fact, with every failed expectation it grew stronger - in my resolve to see a different set of hues and brights, waiving airborne on a different and distant foreign Color. Until the failures became successes, usually in front of fuzzy tired, dry, and red eyes.

Financial expert: dinar recovered a week after wobbling

The dinar did wobble over the last week in light of the violence that has suddenly plagued a number of Iraqi cities....but it has found firm ground again according to Dr. Mohammed Selah....he points out that the primary function of the CBI is to maintain stability of the "external value" of the IQD which is representative of the exchange rates.....by pumping dollars to banks they maintain the exchange rate as well as the purchasing power of the currency and restore confidence in it....the last comment in this article is telling I believe.....CBI reserves from the dollar cover about 1.3 of the IQD, with a possibility of higher coverage exceeding 100% for the dollar against the dinar.

Frank26: As for the IQD studies at KTFA coming to an end ....... Yes.

Do not know the date but my Spirit says once the CBI is Satisfied with the GOI ............ We will see an IR. (International Rate)

Because in further examination ........... I strongly believe the IMF is Satisfied with the CBI.

The way my Spirit sees it is that we have something in common with the CBI and IMF ........... We are both watching and waiting.

POLITICAL DEADLINES AND FINANCIAL DEADLINES HAVE BEEN SET AND ANNOUNCED BUT WE ALL KNOW THEY ALMOST NEVER HAPPENS ON THE DEADLINE BUT THEY WILL NOT MISS THEM MUCH.

MUCH TALK ABOUT RATES AGAIN...AND ZERO HAS CHANGED ABOUT RATES FROM ANYONE THAT HAS ANY SAY ABOUT WHAT THE RATE WILL BE.
