Mccain: U.S. To Help Vietnam Defend Itself

U.S. Senator John McCain, strongly criticizing China's illegal reclamation in the East Sea, said last week the U.S. would help Vietnam defend its coastline in the face of provocative Chinese behavior.

Vietnam's Defense Minister Phung Quang Thanh and his U.S. counterpart Ashton Carter have signed a Joint Vision Statement (JVS) to guide future defense cooperation between their two countries, amid the increasing tension in the East Vietnam Sea.

The two defense chiefs signed the JVS during their talks in Hanoi on Monday, the second day of Secretary Carter's three-day visit to Vietnam at the invitation of his Vietnamese counterpart.

Hey guys I just wanted to share some good news to encourage those who yet doubt this process. I just got in from visiting my local Wells Fargo where I have an existing account.

Had to get a couple things done and after that I talked to the Wealth Mgr/Financial Adviser at that location, Pxxxxxx AZ area.

I went in for the kill right away, I asked him did he have any knowledge of the pending GCR/RV and did he have any Foreign Currency experience and told him that I was invested. He asked me what Currencies do I own and I told him Dinar/Dong/ZIM as he sat there smiling.

He began by saying that YES I AM AWARE OF IT, I have a handful of other clients that are invested as well, and finally he shared that the PTB haven't given us the authorization yet to begin the public EXCHANGE at this level, he was just awaiting word from upstairs!

What Is A Financial Plan?

In order to have a financial plan you need to answers two questions:

• Will you run out of money?
• If you run that risk, what do you have to do differently now in order to reduce the odds of that coming to pass?

HA NOI (VNS) - Profit-taking pressure increased in yesterday's afternoon session, but growth of large-cap stocks continued to prop up the market.

On the HCM Stock Exchange, the benchmark VN-Index edged up 0.95 per cent to close the session at 574.98 points, while the VN30, which tracks the top 30 shares by market value and liquidity, expanded 0.73 per cent to end 593.61 points.

They are putting the customs tariff off for at least six months....tells me they are closer to ending their financial woes than maybe most might think.....this was to be a major source of revenue for them out side of oil.....but to put it aside for such a length of time.....I see this as a positive for good things to come even sooner to the table.
