A true victory will see not only the land freed, but also its residents returned and restored to normal life.
chattels: Regardless of the mutual accusations, it remains true that a victory over IS in the liberated areas will only be fully achieved after the return of their residents. Tikrit seems to have fully vanquished IS, while the battle is still unresolved in Jurf al-Sakhar and in the regions whose displaced residents have yet to return.

America Becoming Isolated in the Monetary Framework

In a June 12 press release from the International Monetary Fund it was made clear that the time for the United States to act on the 2010QGR is fast approaching. The IMF has given the US until September 15 to enact the quota and governance reforms as agreed upon back in 2010.
From that date the "Plan B workaround" will begin to be implemented and the completion of the steps required to reach the objectives of the 2010QGR will need to be fully implemented by mid-December, 2015.

Dear Zap: You do sound a bit drug over the rocks today... I am sorry for my part in that... my daughter, also, disconnected at age 19. And stayed out of contact deliberately for several years. It was very, very hard for us (her father and her stepmother). Someone told me in the middle of it that kids go crazy at age 19. Ours did. I know I did.
HMMMM...SOUNDS RIGHT. I AM HOPING.
The introspection in that period taught me that she had some reason to be upset, but no reason to be mean. We kept sending gifts and cards on birthdays and Christmas. I would call occasionally, to no response. We were able to keep up with her through other family and friends and Facebook, of all things.
