which will be the focus starting a new phase, and the construction and reconstruction operations require efforts sophisticated companies which in turn are looking for a banking sector that provides services fit the large size of its work and capital that moves between the parties to work quickly pinpoint to accelerate the implementation measures.

HEWLÊR-Erbil, Kurdistan region 'Iraq',- The United States will begin paying a stipend for Iraqi Kurdish Peshmerga forces fighting in the battle against the Islamic State (IS) in northern Iraq as early as July, a Peshmerga ministry official said Thursday.
Peshmerga Ministry Deputy Chief of Staff Qaraman Kamal told NRT that stipends will be paid for up to nine months starting next month.

SouthernGal54: I wanted t say to those who are feeling down...it is easy to do with this situation. I totally get it. However, I always tell myself that Kuwait went through the same thing, so we have seen this done before. Also, at SOME POINT, Iraq HAS to have a viable currency. It was our governments plan all along. The US printed the money for them. This WILL happen, we simply do not know when. That encourages me every time. Hopefully it will encourage you!
