Isay this all the time but in reality it was November of 2015 that this really could have shaken loose. No way in hades it was gonna happen before..however hind sight is 20/20

tlm724 And bust they ALMOST did. Did Iraq take it up to the very last second of the game ? Your xxxx right they did, that is their MO. Let me point out what the IMF and the World Bank said to Iraq : IF you want our help, which you desperately need, then you MUST follow the rules. No compliance, no money !
Tlm724 Simply put, they wanted Iraq to take the steps towards an open market economy, create a system of transparency and oversight of the financial sector, monitor any and all corruption and have a plan for prosecution of the corrupt. Correct the whole tax system, get the tariffs applied correctly.

Aggiedad77: Who remembers what Frank said this week about Iraq's credit....he used one word several time.....CREDITWORTHINESS.......yes he did....and here it is on Friday and we see evidence of just that.....these articles talk about Iraq being CREDIT POSITIVE......and another mentions STRENGTHENING CREDIT RATINGS.....
All are good signs that their egg is about to crack and hatch something really big.....bigger than the world might imagine.....
Frank used the word last night....EXPLOSION.....in one of the videos.....yes indeed.....the view from the edge of the cliff is like no other.....do not be afraid to stand here and witness a global change....be among the first.

Remember....they need this in place according to DELTA to push the financial reform forward.....sounds like it is necessary for the MR as well....
"provides better prospects for contracts....with reputable firms" ....hmmmm....reputable firms.....now that is promising in my book.....don't want any fly-by-night operations that could further tarnish things.....let's be on the up and up.....
So this has been "kicked off" today.....cool beans....may the explosions come soon as more nuggets are overturned......

For example....World Bank meanwhile....do you want to say anything....we are helping the Kurds....we know....is that all you want to say....what else is there to say when you think about it....you are right....oh my gosh....Kurdistan is re-taking Baghdad and it is the only reason we are having the MR....and it turned Abadi into a Superman....which is exactly what the campaign wanted.
US Treasury.....can you guys say something......well..."Iraq Private Bank Assessment was Discussing with the Representatives of the US Treasury, the Developments in Iraq's Banks and Developing Ways for Iraq to Combat Money Laundering".....is that exactly what we told you on Monday Family....what I just said about the UST was huge....I hope you were able to hear it.

Frank26: We are now walking into the second part of our conference call which is about our investment and the study of the Iraqi dinar. I want to give thanks to Aggiedad, our Admin, and all you Transcribinators, not only Aggiedad, but Frosty the Snowman, Doodlebug, bless her heart, she said it took her 9 hours just to listen and type it all out.
Do you see why I bring this up Family, show your appreciation to people that do things for you on our forum....it does take a lot of work....but I'm really grateful that they transcribe our conference calls because there are a lot of senior citizens that benefit from that....so once again thank you to Aggiedad and all of you.
