Fuze:  The debate over the reinstatement of the Iraqi currency now versus later continues.

I think history can shed some light on this subject.

First off, those who believe in a later period of time are ignoring history both politically and in nation building.

Politically they argue," first Iraq needs the unification laws, that is the host of laws like the National Guard, Sunni Arab Arms, Amnesty Laws and Sunni armament provisions etc...,

These are necessary to ensure unfettered support for Iraq's efforts in fighting DASH and nation building".

However, most students of history know that legislation passing at best is only a first step in a very long process to reach some semblance of the laws intended purpose; in particular when it involves matters of the heart.
