There seems to be a very good sound agreement between the IMF and Iraq. Now I would be happy to explain my concerns.
I referenced in a post (http://forums2014.pe...nking/?p=840163) the initial "Letter of Intent" and "Memorandum of Understanding". This was dated December 22, 2015. A lot of things can happen between then and now.
One of our members posted something to the effect of the signing of this agreement I believe in March of this year. Now the so called "Letter of Intent" had some very specific details regarding the Foreign Exchange Policy.
When I read that section, among other it was very exciting to say the least.

Orendareview JC, This post is deeply resonant with my own experience in trying to share this information with others. In my daily professional life, I interact with educated people whose job it is to know about the things you write about and I research.
However, they know very little or nothing about these things; and frankly, respond with dismissal or ig-norance on the rare occasion I make mention of any of it. Luckily a few open minds remain.
In my efforts to attempt to lend clarity about whom or what is doing the central planning (when a curious person asks), I find it much like trying to hold down a bead of mercury to explain the complexity of it all.
Is it people (elites), is it supranational institutions (BIS), is it a system (the deep state), or is it all of the above. All of these answers always fall short due to their amorphous nature and seem to leave seekers of truth more confused. How do you answer the question, "Who/what is pulling the strings?"

First of all, I am very sorry about not having the News Chat Room functioning correctly. There were some technical DNS issues out of my control. I was able to keep the forums going but not the chat. Chat is back on line. It is complicated, so I will just leave it at that.
Yes there has been a lot of awesome news lately. All I ask is that you do not get all caught up in the hype of the phantom or ghost experts that are now calling it every day. It appears there is another race to call the RV first. There are even new one's popping up that you have never heard of. Go figure.

The comments this week coming from the so-called elite referencing the ignorant masses have manufactured an aggressive response. The mainstream media have not picked up on these comments but the alternative media have been on the cultural front lines with well strategized talking points.
It should be noted that I have often referenced the disorganized masses in previous posts. This phrase stands in contrast to what is being referenced with the term ignorant masses. Disorganized would suggest non-ignorance with a lack of focus and intent. Ignorant simply means that the masses are too intellectually inferior for advanced comprehension.

Kuwait agree to postpone the payment of reparations Iraq for one year

Kuwait agreed on Thursday to postpone the payment of reparations owed by Iraq for a period of one year resulting from the occupation of the Gulf emirate in August 1990.
A statement by the Ministry of Finance received (range Press) copy of it, "Finance Minister Hoshyar Zebari, met on Thursday, Ambassador of Kuwait Ghassan Al-Zawawi and discussed with him the results of the fruitful visit to Kuwait to meet with Emir of Kuwait Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and officials and their understanding of the current situation in Iraq and the stand Kuwait government and the people with him to overcome the financial and economic stayed with him, as well as his war to fight and eradicate terrorism. "
The statement added that "the Kuwaiti ambassador told Zebari, the issuance of financial guidance to agree to the postponement of the repayment period for a period of one year ending on the first of January 2018, out of brotherly relations established between the two countries,"
noting that "Zawawi confirmed, that the decision is part of the responsibilities Kuwait within the international coalition aimed to help the brotherly Iraq to overcome the critical stage through which Aldaasha in the face of terrorism and the decline in world oil prices that Emms that the provisions of the relevant Security Council resolutions. "
