The Purpose of QE Was to Fund the New Financial System

"We have reached an agreement that, in the current conditions of capital volatility, it is important for our countries to have this buffer a so-called "mini-IMF"- a financial organization which could quickly react to capital outflow, providing liquidity in hard currency, in particular in US dollars."

The above quote by Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov is very telling of the structure of the emerging multilateral system. The term "mini-IMF" was not used by accident.

The office of the President of the National Alliance, in a statement received "tomorrow's Press," said that "al-Jaafari met at his office in Baghdad President of the Age of the House of Representatives Mehdi al-Hafez," noting that "the two sides to hold the next meeting they discussed that lifted last week."

The bank teller asked why are you buying dong?

He told him I just want to buy some. The teller had a attitude and said it is a bad investment.

Then he called the manager over and the manager told him you are making a mistake and said that you will lose about $50 when you exchange.

So he told them both I just want to buy it never told them it was for the RV.

Baring any major slips of tongue derailing events you are approaching the final moments on the ride.

Wise people are free and clear of legal entanglements of the scammers whilst the stupid will soon meet their fate at their hands.

Greetings KTFA Family......Many of us are looking for dollars in the sands of Iraq......but this is the wrong place to find a sand dollar. The environment is not conducive for this type of sea creature. Too bad.

For 5 � years I have been the little drummer boy that refuses to change his beat concerning the ME. There is so little for the everyday person to survive on.....which constantly leads them into viscous states of arguments.

Only the fittest survive in such a hostile desert environment. The fits that are being thrown inside their political arena are embarrassing to the AoP (Authors of the Plan) for the MR (Monetary Reform) of the IQD......BUT.......they have been very tolerant for many years.

IMO......what Maliki has done in the last 48 hours has just destroyed the hand that has been feeding him for many years. IMO.....the AoP......whoever they may be........are not going to tolerate M's political drama anymore. Why now?

As we approach the final minutes or hours of this blessing please be at rest and give thanks for the final harvest that's about to be collected.

So the Kurds have backed away from their government offices, including that of President and Maliki appears for once to be acting in haste, by putting in replacements, for example Shahristani replacing Zebari as Foreign Minister....well by proxy at this point....that tells me that maybe Maliki is a little unsure of his footing at this point.....Zebari is a Kurd.

In reading this article one would surely think that the Iraqi deck is certainly stacked against Maliki at this juncture.....what can the weasel have up his sleeve that has yet to be seen.....I might be able to balance an elephant on a good day, but could never throw one

I have again waited a little while before I send out a note..

I want everyone to breathe we are coming to an end now with the GOI getting formed.... We have been waiting for the GOI to form and it has taken every bit of patience that I can muster to let this thing happen.

Question 1 is Maliki Out........ up unitl now he has been fighting to remain part of the GOI but because of the last thing that he did to remain Prime Minister Like tell his generals to leave their post and let the militants over run them... Yes the fighting in Iraq going on right now is because of Maliki so Maliki will not be part of the GOI or even any position...

Will he fight up to the last minute Yes Yes Yes...... but in the end it will not matter.....

[.~dinarmama7] Now to address the calls to OKIE. He gets hundreds of calls from people he does not know. He has asked that they stop. And it has been ignored.

He is in a family emergency situation. He is exhausted. If he had the 800#'s he would post them with his final post if he could and he would not be posting any more.

It is out of disrespect that anyone would do this. I cannot understand the cruelty of people. He appreciates the prayers and well wishes, but let the man rest.

He cannot turn his phone off due to an emergency situation so he has to check the Caller ID when a call comes in.

So let's be adult, realize he is not holding anything back and let the man be at peace in this whole situation. He will post when he can.

And until then, unless you are one of the people who has permission to call him at anytime, and if you are, you don't automatically, let him be.

Today is now Friday July 11th and we anxiously await for the next parliamentary session on Sunday July 13th. We know they originally announced a mid August date for the next session and it was quickly moved ahead to mid July. Why?
