Council of Representatives resumed on Tuesday, opening its first legislative term of the third legislative year in the third parliamentary session.
According to a parliamentary source told all of Iraq [where] that " the meeting was held in the presence of more than 165 deputies and headed by Salim al - Jubouri , head of the parliament."
This is the first comprehensive session of parliament Baadahaddat break into the Green Zone and the House of Representatives by the demonstrators and assaulting deputies in the 30 of last April.

We are in a very good place, such a good place that I was planning on delaying this call for an hour or so. Thought we do the call at regular time and if we need to come back to do celebration call later, we will be available to do that. We will see what happens.
Lets start with Iraq. On Sunday, Iraq was celebrating all over the country like it was the 4th of July. They were celebrating RV in country. They did show a new rate that was effective.
At a rate it was going up from that point, not think it locked in at a particular rate right now. It did occur. Their cards have been charged for about a week again with a new rate and back pay that went back to 3 months.

Cards have been charged for about a week with 3 weeks of back pay. The point is they went ahead and did it.
We were looking for dinar to return to previous levels i.e around 3.20-3.22 or higher in country.
They have oil and diamonds in Iraq and mountains of gold... plenty of assets.
All currencies in the world are on a new system now ... new banking system (CIPS) has been active for 4-5 days.... SWIFT is still operating in some countries. Transactions are transparent. Where some large traunches were attempted they had some difficulty getting thru.
All taken care of now. CIPS is working beautifully.

Quite different than the 1180 CBI rate...eh ??? ...... So for all banks to be systematic and on line with the CBI.......the KRG would have to stop selling the petro dollars at the lower rate......
But it is this that has kept the IQD stronger in the Kurdish region, others claim the CBI policies are what has kept the IQD at value..........either way......The KRG would have to be inline with the CBI....thus why Baghdad wanted KRG oil and revenue (control the petro dollars)......
And right now the Kurd region is at odds with each other......PUK and Gorran team up and go to Baghdad for a deal.......KDP furious and controls most of the revenue in the region

david334 says to subgirl():Morning subgirl (H) IMO our three amigos said it's done right down to the plastic based currency . The thing about the 1.18 Dinar rate to the $1 is that every business in Iraq now has inventory that was valued at .00085 but now is worth 1.18IQD.
IMO that will create a big gain for business and spurs demand for the new Dinar. This will cause all the experts knuckleheads , wall street , credit agencys to look at the country's value two years out.
The new port the development of the metals and minerals wealth larger than oil etc. Once the do that forward analysis the value of the dinar will move to a reflective value which has to exceed Kuwait at $3.00.
