7-13-2015 Arthur: Liquidity could be created overnight by the IMF and WB (PTB) in a heartbeat, but nobody is willing to do that to a country in political turmoil with no law governing how that money will be fairly distributed as to maintain a strong dinar for years to come.
If you had 18 kids (provinces) that didn't get along, would you just give the oldest one (Baghdad) all the money and trust that the money would be evenly distributed to the others and his creditors?

chattels: ERBIL, Kurdistan Region - F-16 fighter jets purchased for the Iraqi air force from the US were delivered to Iraq today, according to the office of Iraqi Prime Minister Haidar al-Abadi.
Iraqi Defense Minister Khaled al-Obaidi previously stated that the Balad Airbase 64 kilometers north of Baghdad was ready for receiving the purchased jets. The F-16 is a single engine, all-weather military aircraft.
It was originally developed by General Dynamics before the manufacturer became part of Lockheed Martin after a merger in 1995. Iraq ordered 36 F-16s.

Sold! German Bank to Control, Sell Greek Public Assets
To save its crumbling economy, Greece was forced to hand over its public assets to an external fund controlled by a German bank, managed by Herr Wolfgang Schaeuble himself.
Greece and its international creditors reached an agreement after long negotiations over the past weekend. The cash-strapped Mediterranean nation will now receive a ?95-billion bailout over the next three years in exchange for quite harsh economic reforms.

Luxembourg warns Germany a Grexit would be catastrophic
Luxembourg warned Germany on Sunday of a "catastrophe for Europe" if it pushed for Greece to leave the euro zone as the idea of a temporary exit gained traction with some of Chancellor Angela Merkel's conservatives.
Luxembourg Foreign Minister Jean Asselborn's comments came after Germany argued that Greece could take a five-year "time-out" from the euro zone and have some of its debts written off if Athens fails to improve proposals it has made for a bailout.
