Administrative holds have been lifted and now in position for things to move forward, like 800#. Don't know what time it will be. Very few people know the exact time, but we are very close for this to happen.
Security is in place. There was a possible threat of violence to create chaos.

Agency US: IMF loan eases the financial crisis in Iraq and believes lending twenty billion dollars

"
The agency added that "the agreement ratified by the executive body of the International Monetary Fund last week, giving way to provide another global financial assistance to Iraq worth $ 15 billion over the next three years to improve the situation of the country's economy which was damaged fall in oil rates since mid-2014, as well as battles charged with being waged against al Daash."

US general: Washington is considering to boost its presence in Iraq

Or the truth there in which state that they were just living and roaming the land where they lived and called home, only to have and idiot without scruples come out of the woodworks and commit this crime for which they had no right in committing to begin with.
This is the lame forces of greed last breath and hopefully their last signs of existence,

I SUSPECT MUCH OF THE STUFF WE HAVE HEARD FROM ALL OVER THE NET OVER THE YEARS CONTAINS AN ELEMENT OF TRUTH..SOME MORE THAN OTHERS OF COURSE.
I DETERMINED LONG AGO THAT THERE HAVE BEEN VERY FEW DELAYS IN THE PROCESS. BUT THERE HAVE BEEN A LOT OF COURSE CORRECTIONS AND FALSE STARTS...AND THE RV WAS EVEN USED AT TIMES AS A TOOL TO PRY OPEN A FAULT OR WEAK SPOT THAT NEEDED REPAIR OR ARREST.
WITH ALL PROCESSES YOU MUST SET GOALS AND THOSE GOALS ARE MARKERS TO MEASURE PROGRESS TOWARDS A FINAL SUCCESSFUL RESOLUTION.
SOMETIMES THOSE GOALS ARE HIT...AND SOMETIMES THEY ARE MISSED...BUT EITHER WAY YOU ADAPT, ADJUST AND TRY TO NAVIGATE A NEW OR MORE SUCCESSFUL PATH TO THE END OF IT...ULTIMATELY, IT IS JUST A PROCESS.

Awake-in-3D: Information I am receiving continues to support seemingly non-stop progress towards the goal of releasing funds across a variety of earmarked transaction activities (Projects, Bonds, Currencies). Listen to the replay of yesterday's Landa-Humanus conference call for details.
I am receiving nothing indicative of "cautionary sentiments" regarding the current activity level aimed at reaching this funding "goal". This leads me to take a very expectant and positive view on the days ahead - and there is a target date at this time. Imagine that.
Normally I am optimistic and yet jaded. However, nothing I have recently received, across the spectrum of GCR departments (compartmentalized sectors of activity), is feeding my "jadedness". It's quite extraordinary actually. I am literally of the mindset that this could be our "last broke weekend"... (yes, I just said that)
Stay grounded - because
things can change in a heartbeat. But the environment for exchanges commencing in the very near future are looking rather good as of right now. :)
