For all of us on this journey I have made a dictionary of terms used in the Iraqi Dinar re-evaluation investment/speculation.
Hopium: Preferred drug of the Dinar investor producing feeling of euphoria and a general sense of well being. A typical dose last 2 days at which time a new fix must me acquired or serious withdrawal symptoms occur.
Warning withdrawal symptoms can manifest in events called "bashing".
Guru: Dinar drug dealer. A person responsible for distributing the addicting drug called "hopium". The "Guru" delivers the controlled substance simply be writing what's known as a "post". This "post"
must contain the term
"RV" and
"cash-in" to give the proper dose of hopium an addict needs.

Good Sunday morning/afternoon members and friends of WSOMN.
Friday evening I got together with several others for a candid currency webinar to discuss various aspects of the RV and GCR.
As is often the case there were opinions expressed that were at odds with the commonly held belief that the RV will take place this month as well as those supporting that belief.
I will give a brief overview for these opinions.
The information source sharing the opinion of later rather than sooner explained that a succession of events must occur before the RV can happen.

{Baghdad} Euphrates News Vice Chairman of the Committee on Economy and Investment parliamentary Harith Chanchal stressed that "there is delay in the Council of Ministers send another investment law to parliament.
He said Chanchal told {Euphrates News} on Saturday that the "Committee for the economy Parliament amended the Act 13 of 2006 {investment} where there have been proposals in the law came to an investor 's interest , but the Cabinet did not approve of him and he does."
He added that "This law will give freedom investors through the ownership of the land to the investor for a period of {50 to 100} year but he did not because of the delay in the State Council and the Committee of the two existing experts Council of Ministers. "

Using a newly developed ICAAP should provide firms with the best capital buffer required, and the best level of funds from stockholders. Risks are often considered by a bank, yet are not always reflected in strategic options and capital planning. ICAAP requires stress and scenario analysis to demonstrate risks at an enterprise level.

ICAAP is still in its early stages--
companies are being encouraged to embrace the process for the sake of their business rather than for purposes of regulation. Management should understand the positive benefits and strive, through ICAAP, to make the business more efficient and less risky.

IMO THEY WILL BE USING THE 1-1 SUCKER RATE OUTSIDE OF IRAQ AND THE NEW 250 & 500 NOTES INSIDE IRAQ OVER THE NEXT 60 / 90 DAYS TO GET DINAR OUT OF CIRCULATION BOTH IN AND OUTSIDE OF IRAQ.
WHY IS THE DOW GETTING CLOSE TO 20,000 POINTS AROUND THE END OF JULY!!!
REMEMBER THE DOW ONLY NEEDS TO BE CLOSE TO 20K, BECAUSE A CHANGE IN THE DINAR SPIKE IT TO 20K. IMO THE DOW WILL BE CLOSE TO 19K THIS FRIDAY, HINT - HINT.
COMPLETION MUST HAPPEN AT THE END OF 7 (JULY) TO HAVE NEW BEGINNING IN 8 (AUGUST).

This LOI covered the first half of 2016.
December/Jan: Abadi's Reforms begin
Abadi wanted to reform his government to a technocrat government. He was supported by the Cleric Shistani and the people. Over the winter he moved to get rid of some bad ministers and replace them.

U.S. Representative Peter DeFazio on Wednesday unveiled legislation to tax financial trades that will likely wither in Congress but could stoke partisan fires in the presidential election.
The Oregon Democrat's bill would levy a 0.03 percent tax on most financial trades, and is intended to discourage "risky trading behaviors." DeFazio expects that will collect more than $417 billion in revenue in the next decade, which he said could be used to fund free higher education or infrastructure repairs.
