And former Iranian President Rafsanjani who is now the richest man in Iran and has more clout than their President just told Maliki he has talked to O and they both agreed he needs to accept the deal they have for him.

This year marks the 70th anniversary of the United Nations Monetary and Financial Conference, otherwise known as the Bretton Woods Conference. The conference ran from July 1st to July 22, 1944, and implemented such global institutions as the International Monetary Fund and World Bank.

So it is very fitting that the BRICS institutions are now being mandated during the same dates 70 years later.

Like a lot of kids who grew up in the 80s, my parents enrolled me in organized basketball when I was around 9 or 10 years old.

We weren't really any good... just a bunch of kids from the Nintendo generation who would have rather been playing Jordan vs. Bird in our living rooms instead of dribbling through the real thing.

In all honesty I have to say we went two straight years without winning a single game. It must be some sort of record for the sorriest team ever assembled.

But there was this one kid... his name was Robbie... who thought he was some kind of basketball virtuoso.

I mean, this guy really thought he was Michael Jordan even though he sucked just as much as the rest of us.

[Papajack] Yesterday a fellow that goes by the name Txxxx Txx told me I was deceiving everybody in here, it seems he believes the RV is all about Iraq and even though many times I told him we didn't agree he just can't seem to understand people can have a different way of looking at something. Expressing concern over "grave instability that is fast seeping across borders" in West Asia, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said that remaining mute spectators to countries being torn up can have grave consequences, and called upon countries of BRICS to explore ways to help end the crisis in Iraq.

In his statement on "International Governance and Regional Crisis" at the first working session of the Sixth BRICS Summit in Fortaleza, Brazil, he called upon the member-countries of BRICS to explore how they can work together to help end the conflict in Iraq.

Stating that the situation in West Asia poses a grave threat to regional and global peace, and security, the Prime Minister said India is particularly concerned because this affects the lives of seven million Indian citizens living in the Gulf region.

Tlar Comment: - well in true Iraqi style they have managed to push the next parliament into next week.

The POP (President of Parliament) and his deputies are voted on and in place.

The reason for the delay is not real clear but I believe it is to give more time for the POR (President of the Republic) to be firmed up. He will be a Kurd for sure and his VP's will consist of a Shia and a Sunni.

It is my belief that this is a dodge. The SOL has been waffling the last couple of days as to whether they will nominate Maliki or not, so it was decided to give it one more week.

The coalition believes the SOL will come around and nominate either Chalabi or Mahdi. We will see.

Either way there is in place a battle plan to finish this next week meaning voting on the Presidents and the PM position.
