RA: My apologies for not reporting in as much as I would have wanted to, but I have been switching locations about every 3-4 days with not much time in between to do much but continue work. Although it is enjoyable watching the fruit of many years come to pass.
I suppose you know by now all of the good things that are happening even in the midst of the chaos in Europe. If you have been looking around, you will have noticed that the mainstream media is having to report on the changes occurring around us relating to humanitarian fundings and global resets.
Yes it is happening.

YESTERDAY, THE BIG BANKS HAD THEIR SECOND QUARTER DONE, AND RELEASED THE FUNDS THAT WERE GIVEN TO THEM TO HOLD UNTIL THIS TIME.
SO WE HAD THE RELEASE OF THE FUNDS. NOW THEY WILL START ON THEIR NEXT TREK TO FIND THEIR WAY TO PROJECTS AND POCKETS.
THE RV SIDE ALSO REPORTS THAT OUR DEAR ADMIRAL IS FINISHING HIS PART IN THE PROCESS.
ALL IS ON TRACK, AND THE NEW FINANCIAL SYSTEM RULES GOVERNING THE MOVEMENT OF FUNDS IS IN EFFECT.
SO NOW THERE IS SUFFICIENT SAFETY IN THESE FUNDS RELEASE SO THAT THEY WILL FIND THE RIGHT HOME IN A PROJECT SOMEWHERE, INSTEAD OF BEING STOLEN AGAIN.

it is about to bite them in the butt unless they take quick action! ...it's in everyones best interest, the IMF, World Bank and UN to ensure Iraq follows the rules, that is why this is like a kick in the rear to motivate them to take corrective action NOW!
It's truly a do or die situation and it only furthers our cause. they MUST pass the Islamic Banking Law and amend the anti-money laundering law and the banking law period! They are a separate entities from the budget!
And remember the Governor of the CBI meet with Jubouri last week and said we must have these laws done! They have a 3 month window for compliance and we do not know when that window began!

Wednesday News Summaries and Commentaries
Keeping an even keel, the middle of a good week....for some reason Parliament decided even with a good show of members to lift its meeting to tomorrow....what gives with that....not enough on the agenda....need a higher powered law to vote upon....who knows....missed the Bethlehem star last night here, still too much smoke in the atmosphere, but the sun is trying valiantly to break through this morning....thanks for the photos last night TINK, may this light the way.....now for the rest of the news.
Association of Banks: legislation money laundering law will give the world the confidence of the Iraqi private banks
Here's hoping a new law...the Anti-Money Laundering Law will bring new hope and confidence to all banks within Iraq...but may it also bring confidence back to the citizens as well....and keep Iraq off the black list....may this bring guidance to the CBI, the judicial system and all of Iraq.

Today's news is a continuing saga about the Iraq dinar revaluation. If you have not done so already please read my news letter from 6/27 (
LINK) since this is yet more news on this topic.
I know I must sound like a broken record once again but I can assure you, until there is the needed physical security and political stability in Iraq there will be no currency revaluation.
I am therefore showing you the path to this process. We will know when we get there since the CBI will ultimately tell us once again they are beginning the project to delete the zeros. But first they must get the security situation under control and pass the needed laws that help in this process and also for the healing that must take place from Reconciliation reforms (Erbil) something that was part of the Abadi platform for election.
I am providing a mid-week update. It is all good again and in our favor so relax.

Prime Minister Dr. Haidar al-Abbadi heads the regular session of the Council of Ministers
Cabinet held its regular Tuesday under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Dr. Haider al-Abadi, the Council agreed to grant allowances to employees of the federal police at their participation in combat missions in case of availability of appropriations.
The Council of Ministers approved a draft anti-money laundering law, and the financing of terrorism, which It is of great importance for his role in drying the sources of terrorism and to respond to international trends in this area.
