HIGHLIGHTS FROM KTFA MONDAY NIGHT CC 29 JUNE 2015

QUESTIONS FROM CALLERS

CALLER #1 - REGARDING THE TARIFFS ... HOW WILL THEY TAX THE CITIZENS 30% UNDER THOSE CONDITIONS. DO YOU FEEL CONFIDENT THAT THE TARIFFS WILL BE ON MORE THAN JUST A FEW ITEMS?

FRANK: I envision the tariffs and taxes to placed on those things that are in high demand. They cannot fully implement those right now ... because they would be stealing money from the citizens that they don't have. Dr. Shabibi first needs to increase the value.

DELTA: Absolutely. We believe that they really will implement them this time - because they need the money. We don't see a delay this time. They stated that every port and every border must implement it.

The issues with tariffs and the Kurds have been resolved. The government needs this more than anyone else. They have an urgency right now to collect whatever money they can to support the budget. In my opinion ... we will not see any delay.

CHINESE BUSINESSES CURRENTLY HOLD THE LARGEST DEBT COMPARED TO OTHER COMPANIES WORLD WIDE!

THE RECENT DROP IN THE CHINESE STOCK MARKET EXCHANGE HAS BEEN SEVERE AS OF LATE! THEY HAVE DROPPED 28% TO 30% SINCE THEIR PEAK. IT HAS REVERSED ITS SELF TO 1992 LEVELS AND NO IDEA WHERE IT STOPS. THIS IS LIKE CATCHING A FALLING KNIFE.

BGG: It is my strong belief something has to happen soon. There is a lot of stuff going on over the next 10-15 days.... the 50 class note, Maliki, trials, $$ shortages - very, very exciting times.

I have been careful as to not be "offending" those who are angered by any stirring of "hope or expectations"... at this point - I just don't care what they think ANYMORE.

I have said all along - Iraq is (currently) more likely to be forced into some kind of currency reform / MR - whereas before it was more a "planned event"... exciting times. Do I care what the number?? Or exactly when?? No, I do not - just get things going already!!

Savannah: Amen BGG!!

TNvolunteer: They seem to think they are doing fine... As long as they can sell oil they seem to be staying afloat... Of course they could be getting a lot more for their oil...

BGG: if one simply does the math (regarding the budget) - they don't have enough money to stretch to the end of the year... Not by a long shot.

BGG: IMHO.

The following material was originally posted on February 26, 2015, and details the strategy which is now unfolding in the European Union.  It was stated that the European Stability Mechanism (ESM) would take control of the Greek banking sector and facilitate debt restructuring.

That is exactly what is beginning to take place as the script transitions along the expected and predicted lines.  This  article on Zero Hedge details the play-by-play action as the Greek population are herded into further consolidation and integration within the EU, including further loss of sovereignty.

We can also expect that other European Union countries will follow the same script and pattern as the sovereign debt crisis widens and becomes more visible.

EdoBini: Nice to note that Keywords made such pronouncement yesterday how he intends to get monetary practices to IMF article 8 compliance now.

Donnie: Deficit for the first time in Kuwait's budget Thursday          02           July        2015

Donnie: Kuwait's parliament approved the state budget for the year 2015/2016, recording a deficit by 7 billion dinars (23.2 billion dollars) due to the sharp decline in oil prices.

And it recorded a budget, voted by 43 deputies out of 47, the low revenue to 12.2 billion dinars (40.7 billion dollars), less than one-third from 2014.

General expenses in this state, as oil fell to 19.17 billion dinars (63.9 billion dollars), or about 17.4 percent less than the previous budget. He said Kuwaiti Finance Minister Anas Al Saleh "we are facing a difficult situation financially at the moment requires us to the need to give serious consideration to start repairs Nala to control our spending this year, and work to diversify the sources of state revenues until the budget does not continue at the mercy of developments in the market the world's oil. "

The price of crude oil has lost more than 60 percent of its value between June 2014 and January 2015, before recovering. During the past 16 years, Kuwait has been able to deliver a budget surplus, benefiting from higher oil prices

Top 10 Nations Stockpiling Gold

Eric McWhinnie, Wall St. Cheat Sheet

Discussions involving gold hoarders tend to generate images of the stereotypical nervous Nellie hiding out somewhere in the wilderness. Uncivilized and irrational, they count their so-called barbaric stacks of gold, which are located next to a lifetime supply of canned goods. While this portrayal may be amusing, the biggest hoarders of gold are some of the most advanced nations in the world.

Last year, global gold demand reached 3,756.1 tonnes or metric "tons" -- nearly 3.8 million kilograms, or 8.3 million pounds. That amount is valued at $170 billion, according to the World Gold Council.

Demand was down from the prior year due to heavy outflows in exchange-traded funds and similar products, but bar and coin demand surged 28% year-over-year as investors still had an appetite for hard assets.

chattels: KRG 'obliged' to increase independent oil sales 2 hours ago

chattels: ERBIL, Kurdistan Region - The Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) in a monthly oil report released Thursday said due to the long-standing budget impasse with Baghdad it had no choice but to increase its independent oil sales in June.

"The KRG was obliged to increase independent sales due to significant debt backlog arising from budget cut of 2014 imposed by federal government," read the statement released by the KRG Ministry of Natural Resources.

According to the statement in the month of June, KRG has exported 17,130,639 barrels of crude oil, making up an average of 571,021 barrel per day. The crude oil was shipped to the port of Ceyhan in Turkey through a pipeline from the Kurdistan region.

Dinar Updates:

tman23    In 2011, Dr. Essawi (Finance Minister) and Dr. Shabibi drafted a Letter of Intent to the IMF... In this letter they described the policies to be initiated in which the major focal point was meters being installed at all oil production and export stations...

This was near completion at the time of the LOI as stated in the letter... The Kurd region agreed to the monitoring meters in February 2014...

The meters began "LIVE" reporting January 2015...

The IMF regarding currency policy changes and revaluing... The IMF states; Specific laws DO NOT need to be in place... as long as they are in the process...
