Tlar: Rehash article. XXX is wrong. RV to happen closely following the putting together of the new government. These are the bills (5 trillion) Iraq printed a few months back and are still distributing.

This article follows on the heels of the announcement by Kuwait of their printing their new bills with all the new security features. Tit for tat.

When government (is) put together we will see RV within days.

The rate has not changed between $3.25 and $3.65. Articles being put out right now are like feeding a mushroom plantation and we and the world are the mushrooms.

The article linked below is very telling of the last days of dollar dominance. Vietnam itself is now openly expressing its concerns with the increase of "foreign currency loans" within the country. The State Bank will not bail-out banks that have been dumping grounds for US dollar inflation. As a top banker in Hanoi has stated:

"...the State Bank is not equipped to offer support to banks which run into problems with foreign currency liquidity."

Despite the fact that parliament did not do what we thought that they would do yesterday politically, there is still a lot going on economically and with the banking.

As I pointed out yesterday the ISX when live with electronic trading on Sunday even though they told us that they would be doing it on Tuesday.

So they are done and are able to connect to the global stock markets in a few seconds after being given the ok. Millionday has a great reputation as a news hound so I wanted to add a snippet from her news yesterday.
