IF IRANS' DEAL GETS ANNOUNCED OVER THE WEEKEND LOOKOUT ON MONDAY FOR THE MARKETS.
IT MIGHT START TO SEEK A LOWER LEVEL DUE TO OVER SUPPLY OF OIL DUMPING BY IRAN.
WOULD THIS BE THE PERFECT SETUP TO RELEASE A RATE SOON SO THAT SALARIES WILL BE PAID.

VIDEO: China stock market freezing up as sell-off gathers pace
China's tumbling stock market showed signs of seizing up on Wednesday, as companies scrambled to escape the rout by having their shares suspended and indexes plunged after the securities regulator warned of "panic sentiment" gripping investors.
Beijing, which has struggled for more than a week to bend the market to its will, unveiled yet another battery of measures to arrest the sell-off, and the People's Bank of China said it would step up support to brokerages enlisted to prop up shares.
The CSI300 index .CSI300 of the largest listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen closed down 6.8 percent, while the Shanghai Composite Index .SSEC dropped 5.9 percent.

The Islamic calendar, Muslim calendar or Hijri calendar is a lunar calendar consisting of 12 months in a year of 354 days and is used for RELIGIOUS PURPOSES. JEWISH CALENDAR
Likewise, the Jewish (or God's) calendar is also a RELIGIOUS calendar also. In Hebrew, the word is mow'ed and is translated as "an appointed time" or "divine appointment", especially related to "sacred seasons" or Feast days ---or the "Feasts of the Lord."

Stevel: First of all thank you for even thinking about me, and the answer is no I have not given up on this investment. After reading and knowing what is really going on, I believe in it more now than last year.
Yes, it should have been done by now (changing value that is) but ISIL was not in the mix last year. Nobody predicted this one (thank Maliki for this this mess), so we let Iraq and the other countries deal with it and get this under control. Huge progress has been made and they will continue making great progress.

NYSE Resumes Floor Trading After More Than 3-Hour Halt
Trading resumed on the New York Stock Exchange floor around 3:10 p.m. ET Wednesday after a technical issue caused a more than three and a half hour halt.
Trading stopped around 11:30 a.m. ET due to what the exchange called an "internal technical issue." The NYSE said it did not suspect a cyberattack.
