Fit2beFit: Why would it go up in value if it were "international"? Why would there be any increased demand for it when the only thing that Iraq sells is oil and that isn't purchased in dinar?
And Iraq wouldn't WANT it to be purchased in dinar, they'd much rather have USD and Euros and Yuan or whatever else, because they can use those to easily purchase the imports that they so desperately need.

This would put other economies in a bind because of their debt? So these economies buy more dollars, thus creating a bubble that MA warns about coming around October 1st

Hello Everyone,
First item of today is I want to thank the over 3,000 emails I received on this topic of reforms. I can see that many have finally come to a consensus that the reforms are important and must be completed prior to any RV. I also noticed the QUALITY of the questions you are asking and it makes me proud now that many of you finally get it.
Questions are no longer about exchange procedures, bank screens, dates, rates, reserve policies, trusts, etc, but are now focused around finding the truth and learning about the process Iraq is now going through. So let's concentrate on getting the RV first and we can handle this other stuff afterwards.
So KUDOS to all since as I have been saying all along it is this process that will ultimately lead to a significant increase in the value of their currency. The RV is a byproduct of the process not the driving force.
So in my news letters over the past many months I harped over and over again on the necessity to get these reforms completed prior to any RV. Here now we finally see the wrenching up of the final stages of these reforms as Iraq cleans up the corrupted officials and the unnecessary positions from the inter-governmental ranks.
We are also seeing the wrenching up the beginning of the end of the Maliki and his goons. I know it's been a long wait and many have asked - How can they let this guy exists and continue for so long?

More Malarkey.....I mean Maliki in the news today.....Iran says don't threaten him.....Iraq says he is not permitted to travel to Tehran....they are no dummies.....if he leaves he will never come back....
PM Abadi is postponing the meeting with COM today....probably allowing the "former" Secretary General to get his "stuff" cleared out along with his staff, although Abadi says he needs a bit more time to get his reform plans/packages ready to be discussed.....
My opinion.....he's watching the dust settle and has his ducks in a row already.....he has a concern for the posturing from Iran.....or does he....he still plans to leave the country next Wednesday for China and return on Friday....sounds like someone who is reasonably assured of things being under control.

Some have asked about the "dessert" from last night's Bible Study CC....the "dessert" that I served up at the end of the call....well here goes:
First I mentioned post 192 from the thread dated 08-10-2015.....there was an abundance of news from Iraq in that thread, but post 192 I talked about the COM meeting that is to happen tomorrow....Thursday....
They mentioned it would contain some "sudden and important" information.....to me that is key....and it would be really special to many people, us included, if some of this information would include their plans for things like the HCL, the Investment Law, the National Guard Law....anything they have been dragging their feet on....some of these have been delayed for a number of years....
