Es ist ein guter Tag zu werden Ein dinarian.
Looks like we still pick up a bad apple once in awhile here in XXXX I am glad we finally got a great site that sticks to integrity and honesty and gets rid of these dead beats. So here is now a slice of the pie.
Just wanted to drop in and give you an update from my sources. I have to tell you my ear was talked off yesterday and today by my IMF contact as I spent hours on the phone. I also gained a new perspective and also a contact from all the jabber. Life is good ! sehr gut

[millionday] Approved the Council of Ministers during its thirty-fifth regular in Baghdad, on Tuesday, a number of laws and important projects.
According to a statement moved the Information Office of the Prime Minister that "the Council of Ministers approved the draft law on economic reform, the federal auditor by the State Council, and forwarded to the House of Representatives based on the provisions of Articles (61 / I and item 80 / item II) of the Constitution."
And added that "the Council agreed on a draft law amending the organization of the judiciary No. (160) for the year 1979, the auditor by the State Council, and forwarded to the House of Representatives based on the provisions of Articles (61 / I and item 80 / item II) of the Constitution, taking into account the opinion of the legal department at the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers

Per my understanding of what E1 and Frank have said, the date was locked in when Ban Ki-Moon signed the documents and released Iraq from CH7; Iraq is not in the driver's seat. The date is the date.
In my personal opinion, the trigger can be pulled and a rate released whether Iraq is ready or not. In my mind, I see it like buying a new house -- you can wait until all the walls are painted and the landscaping is done, or you can move in while the work is still going on.
