Since January of 1991 (Operation Desert Storm) and its outcome on Kuwait.
And then watching how some of my town folks in Puerto Rico who were in fact in that war and its revaluation got very rich with the Kuwait dinar ( something that was bought at .05 to .10 cents, and when things stabilized and the National Bank of Kuwait open its doors again, people just got rich at a reinstall rate of 3.64.
And then years later during the 42 President it MANAGED to revalue at a very high price.
I remember speaking to a gentleman involved and he said, " You wanted to know what I gain with the Kuwaiti dinar, but if you are smart don't focus on this, focus on what I will gain with the Iraqi part of the war for they are next. "
Well I focused since that day on keeping an eye open to when this new currency was to arise. And I have been at this since then and guess what the currency did arise, first exotic and now as a tradable currency pending going international

I have read through the notes and I see you reference both. And I see everyone is excited about them, but I am afraid I don't understand the significance of these things and how it moves the RI/RV forward, and would like to. Thank you for all you do. Blessings.Bondservant888
Boxman: fils are comparable to our small coins, similar to nickels, pennies etc, which will be needed for change after the RV..IMHO
Significant because it takes many fils to make one dinar.... its 1000 fils to the dinar...unless i am mistaken..
ALGrossman: I believe the fills would be like our coins... Nickels, dimes, pennies, etc

Frank26: You see everything is coming together at this four corners and there is no stop signs....and the collision is going to be horrible and also beautiful at the same time.
The Oil Minister as you know now the Integrity Commission looked deeper into his issues and as you know we talked about it last week....see ya....he's gone....we got a new technocrat as an Oil Minister...and boom everyone is talking, especially Iran, about the oil....in fact....the budget cannot depend on just oil....if it does it creates what is called a Dutch disease....
If you depend on one thing to sustain the budget and that one thing should go down you are screwed...and the IMF also told them that you cannot do that....you have to diversify your budget to support it...and lo and behold they have.....so these ministers...there are boxes of files....literally armed to bring charges where they belong...inside of the GOI and the CBI.

We certainly are ready for the possibility of this rolling out and moving on with our lives beyond redemption and into the area of philanthropy, humanitarian projects, hiring people. We are ready and set on go and ready to take off and start over in a lot of ways.
Bruce: Again, welcome all the special guests from banking and financial institutions listening in. It reassuring to me because it tells me the proximity of the blessing we are looking for. We are at the point and I know we have said we are done. A four letter d word sometimes we really not wish to use. I think where we are right now the expression applies. Not really anything else to do except put out the toll free number to the community so we can set our appointments for our redemptions.
I know the banks are ready because they have been doing redemptions the last couple of days. They have been doing exchanges with people with pre arranged appointments long ago, clients of the banks, etc. They have run through a lot of these appointments the last ten days. My understanding that pretty much ended Sunday night. We are looking forward to our turn and that is sort of I am looking forward to the chance we will be able to go. In 12 years involved in this I think I am ready to move on to the 2nd part of this.

The first issuance of SDR denominated bonds in the Chinese market is being implemented by the World Bank. Let that sink in for a moment. The World Bank, the great bastion of the western banking elite, will be providing SDR bonds specifically for the Chinese market.
This is a major defeat for all of those who repeatedly promoted the idea that wealthy interests within China were attempting to overthrow the western banking structure or implement a competing system.
