This is GOOD NEWS Plus the Gazette (IMO)

For those of you that keep asking about THE RATE.......This is BACKPAY That's Been owed him OVER THE YEARS and he said it was a LOT MORE THAN he had Calculated!!! It wasn't my place to get that personal (and I never even bothered to ask)!!

Just know his Q card NOW is Internationally activated & he confirmed the GAZETTE printed the new GOI over the weekend!!!

POTENTIAL BANK TRAPS: Several people have asked what the 'traps' might be when you go in to exchange at contract rates. I did a little research and this is the consensus:

1. Do NOT negotiate for a rate higher than the Contract rate, which Tony will announce when the 800 numbers are posted (probably).

2. Do NOT mix currencies in one account; have separate accounts for each currency. Dinar exchanges are tracked differently.

3. ONLY use the currency labels IQN, VNN, ZWN.

4. Say that you are there for 'currency exchange'; do NOT use the words 'cash in'.

Ok, no GOI today.....but I will gladly pay you Tuesday for a committee today......so it seems some of the secretive meeting this weekend was to put leaders in proper places with the standing committees in the Parliament...again...this is not the GOI....but Parliament.....and the Kurds...well they appear happy, happy, happy....meanwhile Abadi continues to say that he cannot be bought, that he insists on competency and integrity for his ministers....and the world continues to turn.

Parliament postpones vote on the committee because of the dispute over the three of them
....

Ranger4564 August 25, 2014 I have a suspicion that last night's halt was not to correct software glitches to enable the RV,I believe that someone may have inserted the 'RV code' into the system, and the cabal had to halt transactions while they disabled or removed the code. Maybe they had to isolate some input servers, prevent certain algorithms, or maybe revert to a backup from the prior night. Whichever. It's also certainly possible some one or some code was not ready, so RV had to be halted. Least likely is that there really is no RV. I'm convinced there is an RV, but that factions are fighting it.

Donna Skinner August 25, 2014 I'm in the camp that believes that the groups and dinarland will go any second. We know that people have brought their currency to the banks and have received deposit slips...I'm guessing the funds will be on hold until the announcements come.

We could get those group emails notifications any moment.

PS...and Exo could post the "go to the bank" signal at any moment, the full Santa suit.

SQWATCHY: Button was pushed around 1:00pm EST TODAY (24/08)..
Plan A this is to go live 6 hours prior to Iraq press conference tomorrow morning in Baghdad, which is scheduled for 9:30 am.....so that leaves a window now around 2:30am EST !!!! this should begin leaking.

Forex was stated to not show rates until 9 hours afterwords, per agreements. Should be a great day tomorrow. (Monday) Look for the dealers to adjust, that will be the first sign to everyone, they WILL get 15 mins notice.

And..we are on a media blackout with the announcements...we will not see or hear them until after the fact!.

Have a plan...and plan to act! No need to rush..be slow, and sure handed!

CARDEN: CIBANCO, BANAMEX, HSBC, all are in MX and all are capable of exchanging. Your friend will carry their currency in and get a deposit slip and depending on their standing with the bank, within 24 hours will get 80% credit line.

Then, in 2 weeks, once the UST has coordinated everything with their bank, they will have full amount.

You can depend upon the current intensity and push that is on-going. Many of those who were blocking the progression of all of these endeavors have recently turned their attention toward finalizing the shift that is underway. They may not understand the total shift, the larger overview but they are now aligned and that will make a big difference.

We have been down to the wire for some time now. This has always been the case, the glitches show up; the show stops and the engine stalls and the whatevers take over. But then they get that fixed and it moves forward or rather lurches forward only to get stopped again and again.

That has been the method by which this has been kept afloat for years. But the work has developed and the lines of communication have evolved and the blockages removed every where.
