Contrary to popular belief ...They will NEVER hold a press conference to announce the RI/RV! They will announce events that should indicate that something is up.
So far the 3 laws I'm looking for have NOT been IMPLEMENTED...yet.
The most important of the 3 IMO is the anti-money laundering law. Tariff Law IMO will be AFTER the fact. Border Tariffs! Investment Law is crucial as well. Those 3 effect the Global economy.
Yes many laws are still needing implementation for the nation of Iraq but not for the monetary reform.
HCL is very much needed for IRAQ! Could it be put off? Of course it can...for much longer? IMO...heck no!
IMO it will be a "Domino Effect".

FIRST BASKET CURRENCIES
FROM BANKRUPTCY TO BREAKTHROUGH
The task of resetting all sovereign currencies back to a par gold value, countries agreed to be audited to determined who might be closest or furthest from a common gold standard. Those who were furthest away, were placed in a what's been called the "first basket" of revaluations. Meaning, the above four currencies were grossly undervalued, and selected to redeem first at some pre--agreed international rate.
Other countries like our own United States, Japan, Switzerland, Great Britain, Germany and Australia were deemed overvalued, and placed in an opposite but similar first basket to revalue. This is why you are seeing such wild swings in value per those countries central banks and treasury currency rates.

The Best Way to Save Money and Build Wealth
My worried clients had needs for the future, but no idea how to get there. I looked them in the eye and told them how they'd get to where they wanted - through a sound discipline of saving money automatically, year after year, religiously.
We set up monthly direct transfers from their bank account to investments, occurring right after they got paid every month. Their paycheck went into a completely separate bank from the one used to pay bills. This assured that the old concept of "pay yourself first" happened.
We also tackled debt with the same relentless system. They are very thankful.
Unfortunately, a lot of people don't adopt such a strict approach. And that's to their detriment. Most folks want the result, but don't know what is involved to attain it.

Christmas is coming; banks have positive info; very positive for this week.
Bruce said things are still looking very positive for this week, hoping to have a celebration call this week, and there has been some bank information he feels very good about, but he cannot say more.....and he is done with intel for the night
