Greece Is Still Doomed Without Debt Relief
Keeping Greece inside the euro system was a questionable decision at best -- but, having chosen that course, the country's government and creditors are obliged to make it work. Early signs aren't encouraging.
When the Athens Stock Exchange opened Monday for the first time in five weeks, it tanked. Factory production, according to new figures, is in its deepest slump for years.
The International Monetary Fund told its board last week that the fund couldn't participate in the next Greek bailout unless Greece's other creditors agree to another round of debt relief. That's a problem. Germany and other creditors are opposed -- while continuing to insist that the next program can't happen without the IMF.

Now that you know more about the tariffs than most let review what impact this may have on the RV.
First let me say now that you know (it has been confirmed) that the government did in fact impose these new custom and tariffs on August 1st as they announced they would.
Secondly let me say they must be enacted and implemented by each individual providence. Remember it is now a decentralized government down to the provincial level much like the USA and statehood.
The providences already stated (weeks ago) they will need additional funding in order to do so. Most have not yet received this funding so how will they abide by the new law?
Thirdly, the other issue is also the citizens themselves. Heavy crowds gathered in protest of these new taxes when implemented. This I am hearing is minimal impact since they already have the RV rate in payments on their cards for July and will get the same for August soon. So anyone telling you this is causing extreme pressure to RV is totally incorrect. Remember you can never please everyone and so there will always be a group of citizens apposing any new taxes, even if beneficial for Iraqi's economy.

Hello Everyone,
So last week I referenced a window for a possible RV opportunity was here and everything looked fantastic.
In fact the situation was almost predictable as to Iraq's next steps. How can you help but see it if you have been following this saga all along.
We are now seeing coming to the surface openly all the issues they have been working on over the last year and why the RV has been held up. We are seeing statuses on them too, like a giant summary as if an end date is near and they are racing to the finish line.
They are down to the end of their timeframe to complete these reconciliation reforms I have referenced so many times already. This effort could not go on forever and this end had to come someday.
The WTO wants them as members and they are slotted to ascend to full member pending currency reform and tariff implantation. Remember it is always all about the $$$$. Having tariffs means a % goes to the WTO automatically through the software payment system. This could mean billions annually for the WTO. Having an international currency means ease of trade and payments, but it also mean having the rate set in the exchanges where they need to reference it for conversion in the software system (referred to above). It is all interconnected.

What makes any one think that funds of the magnitude that we were told was going to happen was or will fall into the hands of the many without the nice gov men trying to freezing said returns?
