Tlar Comment - The SOL (State of Law) continues to say they are the largest block.

They don't want to challange this in court because if they are ruled not the largest block then they will have lost. This is their last harrah, their last stall to get immunity. Their last argument.

So between now and Tuesday expect to see this argument get bounced around in the news not the courts. Tuesday the NA will present its candidate.

He will come from the Coalition, most likely Mahdi.

It's been a few weeks so I hope I can invite myself for a few quick words, which of course, are rumors I'm hearing and I'm bold enough to occasionally throw it out there for your consumption.

Well for those who call me "Mr. Glass half empty " Let me begin by saying that Iraq has not collapsed, optimism in the political blocs is gaining toward "compromise" and willingness to forge a unified country is the theme heading out of Ramadan, a religious and spiritual monthly cleansing of body and mind. Ramadan has helped bring about this "spirit of brotherly cooperation".

Ukraine Crisis : Chess reported live while going underground to avoid bullets, International team searches eastern Ukraine site for remains of 80 victims of downed MH17.

Deadly clashes between government and rebel fighters erupted nearby. Pres. Obama concerned over Russia's increased support for Ukraine separatists. Pouting Putin called sanctions on Russia is counter productive.

This is my observation only of all info, news, rumors I have heard and read and my simple mind keeps spinning the possibilities. It seems like we are getting closer to the dim light, but how far we are still to reach the full light, only time will tell and hopefully soon :)

I might be wrong with my observation, so read it with light heart :)

1. Jabouri said the parliament meeting will convene on August 5th which is two days before the deadline to announce PM. I believe PM is already decided a few months ago. The new PM will be Chalibi.

The announcement can come earlier than August 5th, say Sunday - Tuesday. Why Sunday? because that is the first working day of the week for Iraq.

Tlar: There are two news sources in Iraq. The press trying to find out what the truth is and report it is one.

Then there is the mouth organs of the SOL leadership ( State of Law) and Maliki who try to sway public opinion by lying on a consistant basis fabricating a position of strength..

Articles that say Maliki is going to be asked by Masum to form the next government or Maliki will be the next VP are authored by the SOL or Maliki.

Parliamentary Committee expects the temporary adoption of the budget within two weeks

This is a test of the Iraqi political network, can they actually get something accomplished in two weeks, even something temporary.....this is a test....had it been the real deal....you would have been advised where to tune....how can they project something that has yet to be presented.....two weeks to approve a budget that has been floundering for over 8 months....keep breathing please.

Maliki .. fails to obtain the confidence of the House of Representatives!

The Parliament is sure hanging much of their bets on the new President of the Republic doing what will be right for Iraq.....denying any agreement with SOL.....they appear to continue to look for a "national government" one of unity.....something that they don't believe Maliki is capable of doing.....but maybe M has changed his ways....

Guys enjoy your family for the weekend. Put your bank shoes by the bed. Relax it's coming but not quit there yet. It takes time for the ripple to cross the pond. We will probably hear good stuff this weekend.

That will work up to the event.

Our window opens on the 5th and we should be done hopefully soon after. People are rolling into position to roll this thing out. And I am not talking about bank personnel .

A Very Convenient Ebola Outbreak By JC Collins

Along with sovereign debt defaults and social unrest there needs to be additional events leading into and acting as causative factors in any economic collapse or transition. A global quarantine to fight the Ebola outbreak would offer such a factor.

There are many questionable matters surrounding this outbreak, none more so than the movement of patients around the world. This goes against Quarantine 101 measures to battle lethal pathogens such as Ebola.

    [millionday] Head of Kurdistan Democratic Party parliamentary bloc MP Ardalan Noureddine announced that the President of the republic is constitutionally obliged to nominate the candidate of the largest parliamentary bloc to form a government,

stressing that the differences with the out-going Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki are not of personal nature, rather because of his policies and decisions.

He said in a statement to the National Iraqi News Agency / Nina / today: "The biggest bloc which is the National Alliance is entitled to form a government after tasked by the President of the Republic.

AL: DON'T GIVE A DIME OF THIS BLESSING AWAY......UNTIL YOU CONSIDER THIS.

When it comes to Giving and Tithing, PLEASE move slow and give this some thought.

Some folks on the calls have had questions regarding giving to churches, organizations and others while remaining anonymous and not exposing themselves.

What I plan to do is set up an entity within an entity, to give a couple of levels of cover and only deliver these donations through whatever law firm I will build a relationship with. The law firm will have to sign an NDA with me not to divulge where the funds came from.The entity will still have to account for it tax return but your can remain anonymous to the recipient.

This may seem extreme but it is the mechanism that will be set up for generations to give to whomever we please without being exposed.
