8/30/2016 0:00 BAGHDAD - morning , the General Company of the Extractive Industries announced the first production of the meal of a substance white elite within the contract to participate with the United Arab Emirates Rarrzn Italian company.
The director of the Information Center and Public Relations at the Ministry of Industry Abdul Wahid Alwan Hamoud said in a statement «morning» received a copy of it: that the company produced meal The first trial of the said article and the amount of 75 tons has been exported approximately (19,200) tons of them out of Iraq.

Frank26: I told you one hour....I got twenty minutes....1 to 1....I told you at the beginning of tonight's call I was going to define that a little clearer....why 1 to 1....why are you of that school of thought Frank.....because they are using the USD right now....because they are making payments to the ministers and the military with the USD right now.....because inside of Iraq they made it very clear....we are going to avoid confusion with our Monetary Reform....do you understand the USD will do that....
Because Ernst and Young are right now watching them like a hawk and grading every step that they make.....they are going to go up to that A+ IMO....Ernst and Young are putting out figures on their GDP of Iraq....why....they are all good too by the way.....so 1 to 1...why....because the pegging is in an American currency...the USD....the Iraqi dinar is pegged only to the American dollar.....
You understand then 1 to 1...the way I see it from an economic sense...the Iraqi dinar is the same as one American dollar...and one American dollar is the same as one Iraqi dinar....that removes the MCP....they become one and they work together...and they move forward together...and the Iraqi dinar is not pegged to the Vietnamese dong....it is not pegged to the Iranian rial....it is not pegged to the Euro....it is pegged to the US dollar...

I know that the RI stands for reinstatement does that mean that it is to come out at 1 to 1? After this the RV would follow? Again please forgive my question. You can pm or post. thanks
Militia: It is my understanding that the RI is "Re-In-statement" of the IQD to an international level. That is still imo within the Fiscal year time frame of this Calendar year 2016. That being at the beginning of Oct 2016, therefore, possibly prior to that time logic suggests a change could come before that.
The RV or Re-Valuation being in or around the beginning of the Physical year of Jan 2017. It then would float to find it's true market value, imo over time and possibly even in quarterly segments. So from the CC it was suggested that Iraq is presently doing business if you will at or close to 1:1 already (Contractor(s).

10m Smart ID Cards Issued (IRAN)
A total of 10 million smart ID cards have been issued so far. The figure is expected to increase to 22 million by the end of the current year in March 2017, said Hamid Derakhshan Niya, head of the Organization for Civil Registration.
The plan to replace all old cards is now underway and the new smart cards can be got at all +10 police offices across the nation, IRNA reported.
The smart cards contain information regarding the identity, including name, family name, date and place of birth, photo of the person and biometric data (fingerprint) of the holder.
The new cards are part of the e-governance plan to help ensure that services can reach people in an easier, faster and efficient way.
