Hello Mr. backdoc, thank you for your post. I always enjoy reading them. The last time the Government shut down, I found, and posted here at KTFA that Jack Lew sent some paperwork to the House and Senate to vote on. This paper work was to make it legal for the US to use foreign currency in a time of crisis. It is my opinion that the next time the government shuts down they could in fact exchange their foreign currency into USD'S. Because, when the government shuts down again it will be considered a crisis once again.

I am presenting the following article to you so you can once again see what Abadi is doing in Iraq. He is reordering Iraq and taking wasted money from the "fat cats" at the top and using it to do a number of things - 1)feed the poor and assist the poor families in the country on the ration card 2) help pay the deficit. He is trying to demonstrate that there is no need to run a deficit if the money is appropriated in the right areas and not all paid out under scandals and corruption by greedy politicians. It all goes back to December 2011 when the USA pulled out of Iraq and Maliki and his goons seized the opportunity to make Iraq a "FREE FOR ALL". Maliki supported this attitude and many of these corrupt politicians still remain in the government. This is the batter now being fought between good and evil in Iraq.

In an attempt to crack down on corruption and money that never finds its way to its intended delivery point, the CBI is setting
up an elaborate checks and balances system with this 5 trillion dinar loan they are making through the Iraqi banks aimed primarily at the agricultural and industrial banks for helping small and medium businesses get back on their feet....
This will also help with the unemployment rate within Iraq......but only if they can keep corruption out of the picture....sounds like they are being creative in structuring this process.
