Not your usual bank story.

My Dinar is held in a partnership and I've been looking into business accounts before the exchange; so I visited a business banker today at Wells Fargo. I told him I was expecting a large inheritance that would go into my partnership.

I said, "Before we begin, I want to inquire about business loans." I went on to tell him the requirements I'd be looking for in a loan.

"I'm going to want a business signature loan," I said, "with no collateral, in the amount of $5 million or more that I will be using to place into investments.

While my credit rating is not top tier because some of these investments are a bit of a risky gamble, I still want a super low interest rate of one tenth of a percent a year or less."

LONDON, Sept. 12 (Xinhua) -- British Chancellor of the Exchequer George Osborne announced Friday that the British government intend to issue a Renminbi denominated bond and to use the proceeds to finance the government's reserves of foreign currency.

"I can now announce that the UK government intend to be the first national government outside of China to issue a bond in China's currency.

We issued bonds in U.S. dollar before, now we will be issuing a bond in RMB," said Osborne in the press release of the Sixth China-UK Economic and Financial Dialogue (EFD).

ETFlash: POSSIBLE BANK PERKS - PERSONALIZED TIERS

While reviewing my saved folders, I realized I had numerous documents relating to Bank Perks. Most of them were identical and I realized they needed to be consolidated and put in a document personalized to my wants and needs.

While some items are added, some are eliminated because they are of no interest to me. The attached list is in 3 Tiers starting with the Perks that I require to those that are desirable but not required and then to those I would like but are not deal-breakers.

I plan to present this list at the "second" visit with a private banker or wealth manager when decisions are made on investments and determining the amount of money to remain with each bank.

Last week, Russia announced an game changing shift for energy in which they are now allowing the sale of oil and natural gas to be done in both Roubles and Yuan, bypassing the dollar and cracking the 40 year old petro-dollar system.

And on Aug. 31, Dr. Jim Willie reported during an interview with TFMetals Report that this break away from U.S. hegemony over the purchasing of oil is not being limited to just Russia, but that the foundational country of petro-dollar origin, Saudi Arabia, is in talks with the Eurasian energy giant to join them in a partnership that will also disconnect the Arab Kingdom from the dollar, and open energy sales within the OPEC nations to be done in Roubles, Yuan, and perhaps even the Euro.

The Basel Committee today published the results of its latest Basel III monitoring exercise. The study is based on the rigorous reporting process set up by the Committee to periodically review the implications of the Basel III standards for banks.

The results of previous exercises in this series were published in March 2014, September 2013, March 2013, September 2012 and April 2012.

A total of 227 banks participated in the current study, comprising 102 large internationally active banks ("Group 1 banks", defined as internationally active banks that have Tier 1 capital of more than €3 billion) and 125 Group 2 banks (ie representative of all other banks).

He said there are Multiple TV Stations in Iraq today (Saturday) are giving Exchange Instructions upon Arrival at the bank (USD Exchange to Dinar Notes). He's not sure if they have an official reset yet (Couldn't get confirmation from his contact). Once confirmed he'll let me know.
